Tim Tebow teaches Faith, Hope, and Love. A good role model for children all over the world. He should be on a team right now. He works hard, hes got a positive attitude. Great guy all around
Tim Tebow is the most determined, intelligent, optimistic and hard-working individual on the face of the planet. We should all aspire to believe in ourselves and push ourselves to the limit to achieve greatness. GO TEBOW! From your #1 fan
I'm not a Tebow fan, but I give the kid a lot of credit. Brad Gilbert wrote a book about tennis called "winning ugly" and that's what Tebow does. It's not pretty, or normal but he is a winner.
DO YOU SEE THIS MAN? HE. IS. AN. ANIMAL. Amazing! And such a great role model. Everyone should appreciate Tebow's work ethic, sportsmanship, and respect. No matter what critics say, his perseverance is key. What a great guy!
Tim Tebow is a tremendous athlete, dedicated to improving himself, and a solid role model for kids. In an era where sports stars have taken steroids, been accused / convicted of crimes, and do it for the money, it is uplifting to see a guy like Tebow succeeding. I love the fact that he's doing this despite what the critics say. I am not a Broncos fan nor a Florida fan, but have come to appreciate Tebow for taking a stance and being a strong leader. He is someone kids should idolize.
I got to watch him lift and listen to him speak through Athletes in Action at UCLA, he was here training with our head strength coach I believe. He is one of the most down to Earth, humble guys I've ever met. Plus, the guy's an absolute monster in the weight room. I was doin my power cleans at 155 while he was deadlifting upwards of 500lbs for sets.
dudes a beast.. hard to find good people in the world like this.. what a good role model for kids.. and adults.. I give this guy mad respect no matter if he sucks or wins 10 VLT'S (vince lombardi trophies)
I feel bad for Tim. He is WAY better than RG3 yet never really got a chance. First year in NFL he took the Broncos to the Playoffs. Then goes to the Jets and was for some reason sidelined by fucking Mark Sanchez who is absolute garbage in everything he does. Everytime Tebow was put in he did great or the receivers would drop a pass. What the NFL did to Tim Tebow was absolute bullshit and absolutely unfair to him.
But the year he went to the playoffs the offense was averaging 13 points a game he was only throwing it 10 times a whole fucking game the receivers were getting tired of playing
Exercise at 1:55 is called a single leg weighted hip extension. You can use whatever weight works for you it can be a barbell like tim or just plate ot med ball.
As was stated, the exercise is called the "good mornings". It's one of the best exercises for the lower back, glutes and hamstrings. The form he is using is proper and will not lead to back problems.
@J3ui That was thinking that applied 10-15 years ago. It is essential for quarterbacks to be great athletes these days. The game is more physically demanding as is the quarterback position. There is a lot more to that position than merely throwing the ball. It's kind of hard to engineer a late 4th quarter drive when you're tired, your legs feel like mush and you can barely hold your arms up.
I saw an interview about UF football team when Tebow was still there. He was asked how much he benches, his response, "they don't allow me to go over 400 lbs."
Interesting to hear him talking about how his edge is being so well-conditioned that he's still strong when others get tired. So that explains Tebow Time in the 4th quarters...
he is such an inspiration to kids EVERYWHERE and all hose haters just wanna be him, but they cant cause they arent man enough to become like Tim Tebow, the Broncos are now my favorite team
@MrGRAM6 Actually the athletes who train hardest in the off season, regardless of the sport they play, tend to be the healthiest and most injury free athletes. Besides workout programs like this have rest periods built into them because muscle grows and matures during times of rest. During the season nobody is working out like this.
I would love to see guys like you on the job. I would love to hear what your direct boss has to say about your work ethic or your productivity levels. I wonder how your co-workers would rate you? I wonder on a scale of 1-10 how'd they rate your value to the organization...fundamentally speaking, of course.
@richchay Its called a "Good Mourning" You just need to be careful what you lift before and after it, because it really puts some stress on your lower back.
a broken leg well back in the day 1976 when i was just 18 yrs old already playing semi pro ball diff pos then him i was a n.t. i tore my knee up in a fri nite game and kept playing on it till it gave out all together had to go under knife operations but i relate playing with injury also his workout ethic love the kids desire former powerlifter myself still lift but cut back some now in my 50's i go to the gym 6 days wk 2 days lift 6 days cardio cardio 3-4 hrs per day even on lifting days
Even if Tebow is able to be part of a Superbowl Championship as a QB his many critics will still discount it as either 'lucky' or a series of events that cannot be explained other than 'divine intervention'. Many of his critics have been digging for a flaw in Tebow's character for years and have come short hoping for that big story, and now the sharks will surround Tebow constantly in their relentless search to tarnish his character. Tim knows this, and is always ready to face the challenges.
He should've been willing to do a different position but he only wanted to be a qb.. Maybe he could've been good as a wr .. Or a line backer? He'd still be in the nfl if he had explored other options but the qb glory is too hard to give up I guess ..granted it's not easy changing positions but he didn't try when maybe he could've successful
@danjmosk to respond to your comment not every athlete who is strong and powerful is on the juice some cheat take shortcuts but not tebow i have to back him here hes a workout warrior like myself this is what i respect him for i had people say that about me when i powerlifted and prior to that playing football i never took 1 roid my entire life i was all natural and so is tebow in my early 50's now i cut back some lifting but i can still do over 500lbs bench over 600lbs hammer press alot cardio
tebow is top 6 QB in the league. He just wins. He's tough and can run you over, but maybe getting out of NFL isn't bad cause it's a dangerous league. He will be motivated and tough in the business of creating something beneficial. Definitely can open up his own camp if he wants
correction QB's are hired to lead offenses and win, and i find nothing wrong with Micheal vick. running QB's are there because it makes playing defense much harder its hard enough to shut down wide receivers nowadays with the direction NFL offenses are going, but even when you have perfect coverage and you still give up yardage
Actually its a great combo. Rex is a ground and pound coach. That's why we picked up tebow, Sanchez wasn't doing the job, and Tebow plays to what ryan prefers
treadmill and bike love tebows clean living no drugs booze other vices i respect him for this thats why i say the kid has a good heart most of my life powerlifting and prior to that playing ball been around alot of people who used short cuts i never did roids not once i was all natural i despise cheaters i know tim dont cheat either hes all natural i hope he makes it keep working out hard in off season i wish you the best give my best to your parents and always remain clean good luck cuz
i love tebows workout ethic love his heart desire will to win his drive clean living hes a good kid i hope he makes long term in nfl he has improved with his arm but still needs alot of work in off season he has the other tools real good athlete strong good runner good legs good upper body strength even though im an atheist and hes on the opposite side of the whole "god"/religion issue i still root for the kid hes got a real good heart i relate with him on a few fronts i know he played in h.s.on
And they say athletes get paid way too much. They don't realize how hard they work, during the season, off-season, in games, and the pressure to be the best. That's why they get paid the big bucks.
Say what you want about him, but I'd sign him based only on his work ethic. He's not a star QB, but the type who gets the whole team involved and gets them to rally around him...that's a true leader. Some QB's are game-changers based on their own ability, some are leaders who bring the entire team up to their best. He is the latter...
I really wish tebow was on a team right now. Hes such a good role model and a hard worker and I really believe in him.
me too :)
You got your wish
Tim Tebow teaches Faith, Hope, and Love. A good role model for children all over the world. He should be on a team right now. He works hard, hes got a positive attitude. Great guy all around
i still give hope for tebow making a comeback..keep working and your time will come
He's back.
Tim Tebow is the most determined, intelligent, optimistic and hard-working individual on the face of the planet. We should all aspire to believe in ourselves and push ourselves to the limit to achieve greatness. GO TEBOW! From your #1 fan

Sure didn't help throw that block a few weeks ago.
Tim Tebow is a tremendous athlete, dedicated to improving himself, and a solid role model for kids. I respect this guy...He's a worker, a good example for all. Good luck in your carreer, Tebow...The Chosen One

"it's not always about the work out, it's about the work ethic.."
Good shit jesus
All the scrutiny that Tebow has gone through he always keeps a positive attitude & you have to credit him for that.
Every season is his off-season
OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
He could never play another down and he'll still make more than you and be better at life
And every season in your life has been off season
@@xLatch doom slayer baby
dudes a beast.. hard to find good people in the world like this.. what a good role model for kids.. and adults.. I give this guy mad respect no matter if he sucks or wins 10 VLT'S (vince lombardi trophies)
i respect this man so effing much. He is a role model that we should all try to be. God bless ya tebow!
best conditioned QB in the NFL.he is a beast.he is only getting started.
tebow may not be the most skilled quarterback, but you cant question his heart much respect
He is a beautiful man inside and out. A 24 year old NFL player, Christian and a VIRGIN! Wow, what a priceless gem! God Bless you, Tebow!
wow a work ethic like that is a real blessing
I feel bad for Tim. He is WAY better than RG3 yet never really got a chance. First year in NFL he took the Broncos to the Playoffs. +anthony patterson RG3 is just as bad tho lol
he was not better than RG3 RG3 just didn't have the bone genes required for the nfl
Exercise at 1:55 is called a single leg weighted hip extension. You can use whatever weight works for you it can be a barbell like tim or just plate ot med ball.
Tim tebows working hard and he's gonna play hard. And show everyone. How he can play lets go tebow
These are great workouts to warm the bench.
"he brings juice everywhere he goes" - at least he's honest
wha a cool guy. You can tell he really cares about people and getting them to train correctly.
As was stated, the exercise is called the "good mornings". It's one of the best exercises for the lower back, glutes and hamstrings. The form he is using is proper and will not lead to back problems.

hard work pays off. do not hate if you cant relate. work hard and you can be great
Barbell hip thrusts may look weird to some but it is one of the most effective exercises you can do for explosive lower body strength
I like how you can find similar videos of most professional athletes working out hard in the offseason, yet when Tebow does it he is "special".
It's a hip thrust. The hip thrust is one of the most important power motions in athletics. It's a great exercise.
I agree, he may not be a good quarterback "passing wise" but he is a great all-around player and can be elite in almost any position they put him in.
"i like to ware everyone down so that i have the advantage in the fourth quarter" says it all why he's clutch!
he now needs to work in his passing game to be a total beast. nice 80 yard TD to win in over time by the way
Tim Tebow is strong as hell!
I love this guy.
I love tebow he is the best quarterback ever to be born he is awesome LOVE HIM
Tim is an outstanding man. People need to give him a break. I'd love to meet him because he is the real deal. LOL to all the haters.
He is one of the most likeable football players on the planet. Such a charming young man.
Hard work pays off!

Besides workout programs like this have rest periods built into them because muscle grows and matures during times of rest. During the season nobody is working out like this.
1:13 i was expecting a deep voice since hes a tough guy, but when i heard him talk i cracked up.
God doesn't judge whether Tim is starting or not. Tim's faith is more important than anything in his life.
I would love to see guys like you on the job. I would love to hear what your direct boss has to say about your work ethic or your productivity levels. I wonder how your co-workers would rate you? @proteincheese i think its the nike vapor training shoes i have them and i think theyre the same
@richchay Its called a "Good Mourning" You just need to be careful what you lift before and after it, because it really puts some stress on your lower back.

his coach has a face of a nerd but a body of a freakin bodybuilder
This explains why hes so good late in the games
R.I.P. Tim Tebow
LETS GO TEBOW
He should've been willing to do a different position but he only wanted to be a qb.. Maybe he could've been good as a wr .. Or a line backer? @thegame204 yeahhhh.... That excersise looks very dangerous....
tebow is top 6 QB in the league. He just wins. He's tough and can run you over, but maybe getting out of NFL isn't bad cause it's a dangerous league. He will be motivated and tough in the business of creating something beneficial. Definitely can open up his own camp if he wants
He was my old football coach in madisonville louisiana and he was amazing and his son is hilarious! COACH KURT HESTER!!!
2:13 what work out is this???
***** yep you're right. They are good mornings. I do them all the time on back days. LOVE 'EM!
Hi, have you seen this method called the Max Muscle Method? (google it). My dad says it gets people bulging with muscle.
He brings juice everywhere he goes alright
can someone explain what he's doing at 1:58 glutes and hip flexor?
The man is beautiful inside and out!
completely agree
Tim rules
He's so powerful! :)
what is the exercise he does at 1:55 ?
He is straight up JACKED
What type of shoes are those?
okay well new topic out of all the scrambler quarterbacks ( michael vick, tim tebow, cam newton, etc) who's the best?
Dang that's intense Tim. When it comes to working out, I'm kinda lazy
correction QB's are hired to lead offenses and win, and i find nothing wrong with Micheal vick. running QB's are there because it makes playing defense much harder its hard enough to shut down wide receivers nowadays with the direction NFL offenses are going, but even when you have perfect coverage and you still give up yardage
Wow. Your comment really helped me with my Spam-Flagging abilites. Thanks.
@umdkaskar you wouldn't happen to like the welka, would ya?
he might not know how to throw the ball, but he is in fucking shape
I can't see Imontson's post but you get the thumbs up, Maa! : )
Actually its a great combo. Rex is a ground and pound coach. That's why we picked up tebow, Sanchez wasn't doing the job, and Tebow plays to what ryan prefers
If there's one guy I'd like to hear about "fundamentals" from, it's Tebow.
2:51 Lol at the girls behind him
What shoes is Tebow wearing?
@tom88cba it's called lumberjack press
Respect

Well this explains where TEBOW TIME comes from....when the 4th quarter comes and everyone is burnt out....he's ready to roll
I LEGIT THOUGH HE WAS SQUATTING AT 2:13 FOR A SEC LOL
I hate football but I love the workouts they do
@MrGRAM6 ? working out?
He brings juice, everywhere he goes...hmm I´ve been wondering a little bit about the Tebow physiqs :)
Timmyyyyyyyyyy I love himmm

His workout consists of a small prayer before each set
And they say athletes get paid way too much. They don't realize how hard they work, during the season, off-season, in games, and the pressure to be the best. That's why they get paid the big bucks.
Ok where can I meet a guy like him? Its ridiculous how good looking he is!
how much can he bench press now?
D-1 looks really nice
Say what you want about him, but I'd sign him based only on his work ethic. He's not a star QB, but the type who gets the whole team involved and gets them to rally around him...that's a true leader.
