What was the air fuel ratio when it came in untuned with OTR and catback? Was it lean?

Yes mate, definitely lean when you mod theses without tune. Cruise and very light throttle will get adjusted by o2 sensor if they are working well but any wide open throttle will be lean and potentially dangerous to engine

Im just chasing a better exhaust note,throwing on a full exhaust system do i need to get a dyno tune,im not really chasing power has i dont trash it

Hey mate, if you don’t touch the headers or catalytic converters or air filter intake, then you should be fine. So just a cat back exhaust system for the exhaust note or even better just the rear mufflers upgraded
