Please note that this was my experience living for 6 days at Lamai Muay Thai in Koh Samui, Thailand. It may be the case that other gyms are far away enough that you don't hear the sounds of kicks 😅
Just come across your channel. i’ve current been on the soi trsining MusyThai for 5 weeks, i prefer to stay away from the gym. it’s good to have a nice peacefull place to escape before training in my opinion, sometimes your tired & want to sleep or get some kind of work done or just relax in general. giving yor mind & body a little reset before you go into your second session is helpfull
Thank you bro appreciate it! Let me know if you have any questions. I paid 8,300 Baht (~ $235 USD) for a week during high season (training + accommodation). It'll be cheaper during low season or if you stay for longer than one month and higher during peak season. I didn't notice a place to cook however food around the place was around 175 Baht (~ $5 USD) per meal so I didn't cook.
Thank you bro - I've tried five gyms in Thailand so far. I'd say Lamai Muay Thai is more fight based and they focus more on the fighters. I've shared my opinion on the other four gyms that I've tried in Phuket which you can find here (ruclips.net/video/ToO5WTc4P30/видео.htmlsi=x3xOxJm6e_LMv-dB). Overall, I've liked Rattachai the most and I find their private sessions the most helpful for me - as someone new to the sport :)
