    This was great, I'd love to see more videos aiming towards different techniques you personally do and recommend with the various equipment. (Jump rope, bags, and definitely the reflex bar)

    You can use the jump rope you bought and tie it up and use it as a slip rope

    What’s a good weight for a heavy jump rope? Or a brand you recommend?

    • @CombatCultureUSA
      @CombatCultureUSA  2 года назад +10

      A pound or so is fine, I wouldn't worry too much about the brand.

    "We know not everyone has access to top-notch coaching, so here are some tips for building your own home gym and training Muay Thai on your own."
    I take it what you are trying to say here is this equipment will help in reducing the effects of the "bad habits" everyone keeps talking about online?

      Yes sparring is important, have a friend come learn with you and y'all can both spar together.

    The worst running shoe on the market by far is New Balance. Overpriced & cheaply made.

      You can workout barefoot. You can workout shirtless. You can get away with a lot of stuff as long as you train at late night/early morning when no one's around.
