I really like Ceratec. I’ve got an early LexusGS300 with about 330,000 ... I had very badly fouled idle control valve contamination. Various estimates but about $2000 for a replacement and labor. I tried Moly Fuel system cleaner (gold can blue top)and I am very very happy. I’m talking serious bad idling including cut-out and very high revs...all solved. This stuff actually works. I am a skeptic no longer!
I can 100% back the pro-line engine flush. After 110k miles on my 350z I was starting to have a noisy upper engine. For 2 oil changes at 2500mi ea., I used 1/2 bottle of the flush, idled for 10min, and the oil drained was incredibly dirty. I had even checked the dipstick before, and it was far more filthy after the product. Now after moving to a slightly heavier oil to provide better wear protection, the engine runs super smooth, and I can feel safe knowing the build-up in the system has been flushed, and won't cause issues with the heavier oil draining properly.
I love this company, worked at a Mercedes and bmw parts distributor, and all our additives for gas , diesel, and oil were liqui-molly, very happy I learned and used their products on my car feel like it extended the life of my Acura.
I use The MOs2 in a Chevy Cobalt 2.2 N/A engine. I tested it before with just straight oil, went on a long road trip. Made the same trip a week later but changed the oil and added MoS2 to the oil, and the car ran smoother, and was more responsive on the freeway when passing other cars with the left lane!
Used the oil treatment in my 6.1 hemi with Moblie 1 0w-40. Smoothed out the valvetrain noise and noticed better mpg. I would highly recommend these products!
I was VERY skeptical after I saw Project Farm's test of MOS2 come back as ineffective. I purchased 15W 40 MOS2 pre-mixed engine oil from Liqui Moly in Germany for my Classic Mercedes 300D (84). I was surprised at how much smoother the engine is at idle and low revs. Very noticeable difference that goes beyond improvements that fresh oil brings.
@@litarmleka3511 I would not do this. I would first do an Auto-RX Treatment (2 bottles). Follow instructions exactly. and use only MB filters. Then, after the treatment is fully complete your internals will be clean and ready to, switch to 15W40 MOS2 to remove all friction wear.
Owner of a BMW 135i n55 for 3 years now when I bought the the car in 2017 it had about 90000km on running healthy but was eating 500-1ltr of oil every 1500 kms changed to Liqui moly same viscosity as previous brand , added ceratec and after about a year it stopped using oil , let in mind my car is running hybrid turbo and running +-450hp all day all year , was sceptisch at the start but I’m convinced, proof is in the pudding , now sitting at around 128000 km🙏🏻🙏🏻
I've been using the fuel system treatment in Australia for about 4 years. It kicks ass! Also used the mos-2 & it made a hell of a difference on a Japanese engine at 250,000km. Engine is almost like new!
I have to make a confession. I have a 2014 VW Touareg VR6 3.6 l. I bought the car used and noticed that it was burning oil. I checked the oil and it was going through about a quart every 1000 Km. This I thought to be excessive so I made up a mixture to put into the engine when the oil went down every 100 ml or so. The mixture was Liqui Moly Engine Flush (100 ml), 400 ml Synthetic ATF, and 3 Litres Mobil 1 0W-40. The vehicle has used about 1.5 litres of this mixture in the last 3000 km, and the oil consumption is going down fast. I will be taking it for a complete oil change soon at which time I will no longer be used the concoction. Liqui Moly was responsible for taking the carbon out of some pretty clogged up piston rings and stopping the oil consumption.
Thank you for clarifying that the Ceratec is a combination of a new chemical layer and exisiting solid (MoS2) product. I now better understand how to use the Ceratec and the MoS2 together alternating where as before I thought they were two radically different products that I should only ever use one of.
You’re the best! Your testing methodology is always spot on. I’ve been using Liquimoly Ceratec and MOS2 in my E46 M3 for the past 80,000 miles. I have no reason to believe that these additives perform any better than indicated by your test results. I’ll probably stop using them, and just stick with my religious 5,000 mile oil change cycle. Thanks for all of your outstanding work!
BEST Stuff ever... use various Products since 25 Years. Every time i buy a used car.... Engine Flush.... Injection Cleaner and change all Liquids. Cars run smooth and without any issues afterwards.
I flushed my b5 s4 motor with 180k using Liqui Moly engine flush. Used new oil, new filter and idled it for 15 minutes. Drained it came out like the oil was used. Recommend
Engine oil flush really helped boost my oil pressure on my k20a3 motor. I bought a used JDM motor that was not cared for and VTEC pressure switch was not reaching enough pressure and was going into soft rev limiter. Good product.
I use ceratec, which protects for up to 30,000 miles, not necessary to use at every oil change. Bought a case of MoS2 to start using on all vehicles. Love the alternate additives idea, have read lots of reviews where people are using 2 at the same time. Using Mobil 1 with ceratec in 2002 dodge ram 4.7 with 280,000 miles, and it’s still going strong with plenty of life. Using ceratec in 2010 Land Rover LR4 with Amsoil, 105,000 miles. Seems to work pretty good. If your just putting economy oil in your vehicle, even if you change your oil on time, that stuff is junk. Not all oils are created equal, you’ll save more in the long run. Great break down of these products.
I have a diesel 1.6 TDI from VW with 325.000km now and I use diesel pro line cleaner 3 successive cans every year before mandatory inspection ,as gone well so far.
Love liqui moly. Since I’ve discovered it I’ve been a kid in a candy shop. Makes my car feel so much better. I have a ‘23 Acura TLX Type S and my tech gave me crap about not needing additives blah blah blah. I’m one who’s willing to at least try things, and I’m really glad I did. I used ceratec in with Mobil 1 advanced full synth, I change my oil very frequently so just wanted to give it a try with Mobil 1 first…On my next go round I’m going to fill up with the green Molygen 0w-20, looking forward to it 🕺🏽
UPDATE: I’ve sinced moved on from Mobil 1 and now use Liqui Moly Molygen 5w-30. Much better than Mobil 1. I also use the DI-Jectron Fuel injector cleaner once a month. Keeps it running smooth as butter.
That ceratec is awesome stuff. ALL liquid moly products are. I’ve used quite a few of them. The Engine flush scared me the first time I used it on my 06 Bmw e90 330I. After flushing old oil/flush and adding new oil. Going on a test drive and getting on it a little bit 4-5500 rpm ( not redline ) and I performed a SMOKE SHOw my whole neighborhood was smoked out, lol. It eventually cleared itself out and runs good. I also have a 335i n54 twin turbo but was too scared to use the engine flush in that car so I did it on my other Bmw as a tester I have also used engine flush on my 08 dodge van and didn’t get the smoke show I mentioned above. Just let it idle in old oil for 10 min than drained and changed.. I don’t even think the engine flush for bmws n54 is that efficient as the n54 is direct injection so it’s not going to clean the valves or anything but everything else in engine I guess it will. I do worry that this stuff is so strong it’ll eat o rings, etc. correct if I’m wrong Speedtec - the crack for you’re car.. adds a little more pep in acceleration not a ton but noticeable.
I also have a 06 e90 330i. Never heard of smoking from an engine flush - unless you had deposits/gunk build up on your piston rings?? I am at 120K miles and consuming 1 quart per 2300 miles. I changed the CCV and have no oil leaks. Plus no smoke at start up or during hard acceleration. I am hoping my consumption is due to build up on the piston rings and not worn rings or bad valve stem seals. I am considering doing a flush. Did your oil consumption improve after the oil flush? Thanks
Interesting. I also have a 2006 e90 330i. I wouldn’t expect an oil flush to bring oil or carbon out of the combustion chamber. I, however, have had 2 BMW’s that blew a huge cloud of oil smoke due to a vacuum leak at the CCV hose in the back of the valve cover as well as a torn valvetronic gasket. Those caused oil to pool in the intake and a hard acceleration would blow it through the combustion chamber. I removed the manifold and dumped out maybe 0.2qt of oil. It hasn’t happened again in both of those N52 cars. The 330i was already super smooth and quiet. But adding half a can of MoS2 made it whisper quiet and even smoother
Will ATF Additive SKU: 20040 work in a 1993 ford Taurus auto transmission which takes mercon fluid also will it work in a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix auto transmission which uses dexron V! fluid
At times additives can seem like a dark art, but after having Steffan here to really explain them all and actually see whats going into your car it has helped a lot.
I have I have used a coolant system flush with amazing results (previous owner neglected to replace the coolant). Also once when facing a V4 carburettor rebuild (barn find), I have used a fuel system cleaner and brought back those carbs back from piss poor performance to a point I was very content with. I used an oil flush once and have noticed oil consumption has been reduced to near neglible. These were all products that would be removed after twenty minutes of idling or one tank of gas. I don't quite feel the need to add these products to good oil/gas/coolant if there's no problem I want to solve. I don't see these products as magic, but for my specific problems they proved to be the solution.
Diesel fuel injector cleaner works wonders on older cars and trucks. I have a 30 year old hilux which had ticking injectors which blew black smoke and was down on power. Used the cleaner and after a couple of fuel tanks it's pretty much completely fixed. Like it isn't new injectors, but all that build-up cleared.
I'm a user of this products and Liqui Moly engine oil on my cars and I can say their producs are just incredible. Once I did an engine oil change and put Liqui Moly to the car and the sound of the car was incredibly different, much smoother. You could tell it is a good product. After it I started using the additives for fuel and oil and they work just great.
I just ordered a bottle of Ceratec. Going change the oil on my 2013 Cayenne S next week. Was thinking about doing the flush but I don’t think it needs it. Gonna try the fuel system additive next.
I have a 2020 Supra (BMW B58 engine) with 16,500 miles. It is my daily driver modified to produce 550+ bhp running E50 fuel. My overall avg. mpg per the trip computer covering 5000 miles was 21.9. I added Ceratec and reset the trip computer. After ~500 miles it is registering 24 mpg. This is not enough mileage to draw any firm conclusions but is certainly interesting. I have measured dozens of quarter mile runs with a Dragy. The car is traction limited so ET is inconsistent and runs in the mid to high 11 second range with lots of tire spin. Trap speed is less affected by traction. Maximum quarter mile speed I have attained is 127.8 mph. I plan to run a test now with the Ceratec to see if speed increases which would indicate an increase in power or, more specifically, a decrease in parasitic loss. .
Awesome, i just put a third of the bottle since my coolant drops to minimum every 2 months. How much did you use ? Since it works with pressure differential i cant open the cap to chk the level or itll leak again
I really like using Liqui Moly products on my Mk6 GTI. I use Ceratec every second service ( MoS2 in between so Ceratec then after that drain MoS2 ) and I use DFI cleaner every service. also occasionally put DI Jectron in the tank and runs amazing. And only Use 5w-40 Leichtlauf in the car too!
I have a 2009 Mini Cooper s with about 100k miles. Used the liquid molly engine flush on the engine back when I bought the car with 70k miles(worked like a fricken charm). I had to replace the valve cover due to irrelevant failure and was surprised how clean the inside was! Now I just purchased some liquid molly radiator cleaner because after my last radiator service I noticed the coolant still looked a little dirty. I’m very hopefully since I had a great experience with the engine flush!
Glad to hear it Brandie ! Let us know how your results turn out after the radiator flush, hopefully you find as much success with it as the engine flush. What oil are you running in the car? Appreciate the support from a fellow MINIac - motor on!
FCP Euro the radiator cleaner worked awesome! I was pretty shocked when I did the super flush with the amount of contaminants that were in my coolant system. The old coolant was a dark dirty blue that was turning almost green... now I have completely brand new coolant and so far everything is working awesome! Checked my new(ish) spark plugs and even they don’t look as bad as they normally do. Totally recommend but people also need to be very careful when using these additives! They work awesome! Just follow directions and don’t try to be extra
FCP Euro are the best. Best prices , great costumer service. My Q7 TDI is running very smooth with the Liqui Moly 5w30 and for 270$ you get a full 9 quarts of synthetic oil , fuel filter , air filter , cabin filter , brake fluid , oil filter , oil plug, and 10 liters of AddBlue .
I love LM :) I am using the 2000 Km-fuel system cleaner and the octane booster, as there is only Shell left in Britain who offer high octane fuel at the pump. That is to say, there obviously are high octane fuels at many gas stations - only not high enough. E.g. Esso has 97 RON, I need 98, Shell has 99... and in the countryside, there is only regular, so always have a bunch of boosters in the trunk.
Min 1:30 he says it works ok with Vanos BUT there are very many comments/videos online that state the engine flush could loosen particles that stuck in the vanos oil ports. Any warranty on that flush product?
The super diesel additive is really working i had a clio iv running a little rough and i new it was from the injectors i used it for about 1000,kms and the car runs again like new.
Just ordered 2 cans of motor oil saver after watched this. Poured a can to my Nissan Grand Livina with 204,000 km which usually consume 600-800ml of oil in 2,000 km
Quality oil works best I’ve had a lot of cars in my life never had one internal problem I Can run The thinnest oil I can run and still maintain good oil pressure Amsoil mobile 1FS or Pennzoil ultra platinum
I have tried several products of this brand and I have always been impressed, because the results have always been better than expected. So far the best DIY products I have encountered. Especially the engine sludge stuff, not sure if it's available everywhere. SLUDGE FLUSH not just ENGINE FLUSH.
I've used the gasoline fuelsystem cleaner additive and I have to say that it worked very well. It even gave me better gasmilage despite me driving more aggressivly. It gave me an increase of 2km per L of fuel. From 16km per L to 18km per L. Also had less fumes coming out of the exhaust too. Does that mean it worked? Can't tell if the system is clean since you can't just look into the system with the naked eye, but my car does drive more efficient now. The car I used it on was a '98 Citroen xsara 1.6L 8V engine.
Try driving aggressively all the time. Just for grins, I did this with my wife's 2018 Camry. I was shocked at the improved MPGs. That thing LIKES it!! Haven't gotten a ticket yet, but if I do, those savings will be nullified quickly. 😏
@@robedmund9948 It's because engines are usually maximum efficient at 60-80% rpm and load, and it's load (resistance to turning) that helps the engine most effectively turn fuel into momentum. By accelerating, you load up the resistance on the engine more than if you are at a constant speed, or going downhill. Google your engine code and "BSFC" to see where your engine is most efficient, and drive in that zone.
@@babagandu Because if your system is clean, its clean. you won't wash a plate you already washed a second time when its just been fresh in the cabinet wouldnt you?
I've tried everything but for me only Liqui Moly products do their job!Especially oil additives. It will not fix major engine failures but it can reduce minor problems, smoother loop, better mileage, quiter engine..Some people wait until shit happens and then try to fix it with additives. It will not work. For regular maintenance,it works.I usually use Ceratec or mos2 alternately 2 times a year and injector or valve cleaner 4 or 5 times a year..No issues at all..
That great to hear you've had favorable results using LIQUI MOLY. And you made a great point we can stress enough when it comes to expecting additives to fix major mechanical issues/failures.
Slightly confused with Liquid Moly, there seems to be 4 anti friction additives, they have regular Anti friction, Cera Tec, then 2 others not mentioned in the vid - "Motor oil additive" and a Molygen anti friction, so.. which one is the best at reducing friction?
Diesel system cleaner is a fantastic product in Australia. After 500,000km my 4wd suffered from injectors (second set) that were carboned up failing. Black smoke, poor economy and dull acceleration. Used this stuff for a couple of tanks, and it slowly went away. Back to standard l/100km, doesn't smoke and goes up hills no problem. Would recommend this product. Here's to another 500k!
Thx alot for your Super video! I have 3 questions about ceratec plz.. -Is it a myth to use Ceratec with 100% synthetic oil, as the synthetic oil is enough for protection? -Is it preferably added with new oil change, or just after it when the engine is hot? -Using ceratec with vvti engines, like Toyota, is there a problem?!
@FCP Euro I run Ceratec on my car for 7.000 km! 7.000 km later, with ceratec still there(no oil change), I added Oil Saver just as precaution as it's a high mileage car! Am I going to cause any damage to the engine because of that? since I read your comments stating that additives should'not be mixed together? By the way,I am a long time and a very satisfied user of LM products, especially super diesel addittive!
I have a question on how to use LIQUI moly 20224 transmission cleaner, instructions said that with the tires in the air let it idle for 10-15 min however it doesn’t specify it in gear or in parking
Excellent initiative, have been using the Ceratec as preventive measure .. based on articles showing benefits for the high temp BMW engines (not a BMW owner myself, but I recall that article was quite instructive/ convincing).
I highly recommend Liqui Moly to every automobile out there. I tried engine flush shooter and speed additive shooter and and also the race engine oil and it works all together one package where it made so much change on the engine butter smooth and more power and refined on kawasaki ninja.
I am glad that by chance this video came into view as I was searching and reviewing octane boosters. I use Royal Purple additives but, I think these is superior and high quality ingredient products. I tried SpeedTec last week and it has definitely had positive results. The car response is better, smoother acceleration at lower rpms and better driving experience. Next I will start using Valve Clean and Jectron. I haven't decided on using LiquiMoly Oil yet but, will research further. Thanks Liqui-Moly !
I use Liqui Moly motor oils in my 2013 Passat 2.5. Sure they are expensive but sometimes you get what you pay for. It is even better than Mobil 1 in my opinion. It is nearly the same price but better than Mobil 1. I got the special tec AA -0w20 for my mother's 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport (2.0) and she says it is harder to keep it at 15 MPH with it (like in school zones). I take that as a positive comment on how well it works for her. She doesn't get in trouble in school zones, it is just a lot easier to go more than that unnecessarily low 15. I say that it is unnecessarily low because some places like Ohio are easier on you and make it 20. I guess Pennsylvania keeps it 15 for easier speeding tickets? Maybe I am cynical but it does seem that way to me! Her Nissan still has less than 40,000 miles but it is nice to keep it as new as possible. I would rather keep a car I like as long as I can. That is especially true if you looked at the price of used cars, some of them are practically worn out (assuming mediocre maintenance that is like the plague these days) and still priced at least 10,000 dollars. The sooner the chip shortage is over the better so the prices can come back to normal. This is fu-king ridiculous!!
Hey, great vid and explanations. Thanks to LM for taking the time. I am interested in using the feul system cleaner and was wondering if I should do it before or after I change the feul filter. It's due for a change. Car in question a Audi A4 B7 2.0TFSI. Cheers!
Glad you like the video, KP! It depends when you plan on replacing the fuel filter, you can use the fuel system cleaner before or after, or both! If you are changing the fuel filter soon, it might make sense to use it after the fuel filter replacement.
@@fcpeuro i am going to change my filter soon because I have 180k KM and I don't know if it has ever been changed. My thought was that if the fuel system cleaner ia supposed to clean and dislodge "stuff" in the system the feul filter will pick up that junk. Wouldn't it be better then to have that junk flushed and picked up in the old filter. Then change to a fresh filter after the sysyem is clean. Make sense or am I way off?
@@Kyle900tThat definitely makes sense! It may also make sense to run the fuel system cleaner twice, once with the old filter and once with the new filter, to make sure there isn't leftover stuff from the old filter in the system!
Can any be used together? Can ceratec and oil saver be together? Or mos2 and oil saver? Thank you! I have all these products right now and wondering what to use together or first.
@@marcusbrockman3133 a lot of the additives dont need analysis done to know if they work or not, when small oil leaks stop because seals reswell, or cars no longer have coolant spots under them in the morning after using the rad leak stop, lifter noise going from obnoxiously loud to barely audible etc. Sending in a BlackStone oil analysis would be interesting comparing 2 identical cars one treated and one not though, its a good idea we should try out.

adem salan sometimes an engine can have underlying issues that cause leaks, slippages, excessive oil burn and so on. Additives are usually added to aid in overall engine longevity
adem salan not necessarily. There are various types of engine additives that work for different reasons for different engine types. You can’t put these additives in the regular fluids because every car manufacturer has different specifications for their cars.

Very good info here.
1. Flush, then oil + Ceratec
2. Then at the next 2 oil changes flush and then add oil + MOS2
3. Repeat from 1 using oil + ceratec
Good suggestion on checking the dipstick before you add the flush! I'll definitely borrow that next time, as it makes a lot of sense :D

So With Ceratec for example my csr takes 6.5 litre of oil then i add 6.2 litre and 300 mil off ceratec ?
I have a diesel 1.6 TDI from VW with 325.000km now and I use diesel pro line cleaner 3 successive cans every year before mandatory inspection ,as gone well so far.

Love liqui moly. Since I’ve discovered it I’ve been a kid in a candy shop. Makes my car feel so much better. I have a ‘23 Acura TLX Type S and my tech gave me crap about not needing additives blah blah blah. I’m one who’s willing to at least try things, and I’m really glad I did. I also have a 335i n54 twin turbo but was too scared to use the engine flush in that car so I did it on my other Bmw as a tester
I have also used engine flush on my 08 dodge van and didn’t get the smoke show I mentioned above. Just let it idle in old oil for 10 min than drained and changed..
I don’t even think the engine flush for bmws n54 is that efficient as the n54 is direct injection so it’s not going to clean the valves or anything but everything else in engine I guess it will. I do worry that this stuff is so strong it’ll eat o rings, etc. correct if I’m wrong
Speedtec - the crack for you’re car.. adds a little more pep in acceleration not a ton but noticeable.
Thanks
I very well could have. Car always maintained well since I took possession of it at 120k performed flush at around 190k and yeah but runs good
@@bigmoosem5237 1 litre every 2k miles is actually within normal operation parameters.

@@fcpeuro But question is do you really need them.
I plan to run a test now with the Ceratec to see if speed increases which would indicate an increase in power or, more specifically, a decrease in parasitic loss. .

It gave me an increase of 2km per L of fuel. From 16km per L to 18km per L. Also had less fumes coming out of the exhaust too. Does that mean it worked? How come it's not recommended unless every 4,000 kms ?

This is fu-king ridiculous!!

hi can I used two bottle liqui moly valves cleaner in 80 litter tank at the same time and thank you for your knowledge videos
I've used 4 additives till date & let me tell you, these aren't snake oil. They all actually worked.
We've also had success story after success story with using these additives on our personal cars. Glad theyve worked out for you!
Go figure? Did you get an oil/exhaust analysis done? What proof do you have?
@@marcusbrockman3133 a lot of the additives dont need analysis done to know if they work or not, when small oil leaks stop because seals reswell, or cars no longer have coolant spots under them in the morning after using the rad leak stop, lifter noise going from obnoxiously loud to barely audible etc. Sending in a BlackStone oil analysis would be interesting comparing 2 identical cars one treated and one not though, its a good idea we should try out.
Use Shell V power diesel and engine flush by liquimoly. You can also use liqui moly injection cleaner and should be enough
Do not use all products at the same time. That's what I learn ✔️🙌🏻
please, could you tell us more. Please
Have a knocking in my 4.3 I don't no what from I believe it's on the top end it's ok to put your lifter noise reducer in it not knowing if it's a lifter?
"personality additive" hahaha nice! this video was really informative, I didn't even know half of these products existed. I'm currently trying out Motor Oil Saver in my BMW in an attempt to stop the oil pan gasket and rear main seal leaks.
Tyson505 glad you found the video informative! It can be overwhelming when you look at the amount of products LM offers, thats why we thought it'd be helpful to lay them all out and give a quick explanation to what is available while they were here in the shop!
I am truly sorry sir but not even liqui moly can stop a bmw from doing what makes it a bmw
@@fuckouttahere742 yeah lmao I ended up doing the oil pan gasket after my oil pump nut fell off. wasn't that hard, people make it seem really difficult to drop the subframe but it's like 6 bolts.

Hi , question : valve cleaner supposed to work even on every tank fill , injection cleaner supposed to be good for about 1400 miles . Can I use valve & injection cleaner at the same time , or should I use them separately ?
Personality additive 😂
Does that come in bulk?
It sure can! haha.
Sir i am regularly using liqui moly oil treatment in my chevrolet beat diesel. When i need to use Liqui moly Mos2? And why? Please reply.
You can use Mos2 with every oil change to reduce friction and wear and tear on your engine!
@@fcpeuro sir but liqui moly oil treatment is also same work? So witch one is better. And what is difference between those products? Please clarify it.
If your engine oil are soo good why would you need a additive....?
adem salan sometimes an engine can have underlying issues that cause leaks, slippages, excessive oil burn and so on. Additives are usually added to aid in overall engine longevity
Brandie Schmitt but is the engine oil
Is soo good it should already have it in it .....
According to the tests Project Farm, You Tube channel, their oil did not fair better than Amazon house brand.
adem salan not necessarily. There are various types of engine additives that work for different reasons for different engine types. You can’t put these additives in the regular fluids because every car manufacturer has different specifications for their cars.
Hello, can I use Pro line Engine flush for my Porsche Cayenne Turbo? It has an alusil cylinder block and I want to be 100% sure that it will be safe and will benefit my car
No need for Mobil for my engine now. I will just use all types is liqui moly.
Is Liqui Moly really that good????
MERCEDESBENZS600 BASH yes... I drive a turbo Volvo and when I used Mobil 1. It would burn. It would also start getting brown real dark like almost black at 3k miles. I tried Castrol and that was worse it would be chocolate by 3k. Liqui moli has stayed see through and barely browning at 3k. No oil burning either. It’s a group 4 oil.. the others are group 3 oils.
@@assolutoobsolete2803 Liqui Moly seems like the real deal..
Thanis for the info. I have a BMW E46 that burns some oil probably due to rings. What product or products would you recommend ?
