You're Bob Ross of vegan food! You look so incredibly happy when you're cooking, the love you have for your craft can be felt in all of your videos. As you said in one of your previous videos, this is your form of activism and I believe a lot of people will give a plant-based diet a shot thanks to you. :) Those muffins look amazing, I have to try them.

I just made these breakfast muffins. Man, they're amazing!!! I used 50ml of olive oil instead of 120ml and they turned out great!

I made the savory muffins this morning. It’s the first recipe of Gaz’s I’ve tried (and first time commenting ☺️), though I get inspo here often. Guys. GUYS. You HAVE to make these muffins! I subbed in a cup of self-rising corn meal for the flour, and they turned out just dreamy. 🥰

ohh yesssss. Those muffins would be perfect for snowboarding/skiing days. We make similar burritos but love adding vegan sausage into the mix. they freeze well too without any sauce. We love the bloopers
I’m glad you called out Miley because I was soo frustrated with her for her “reasons” to stop being vegan. So many options out there!

Too many options, especially at her level to have that as an excuse
While I don't know all the reasons why she quit being vegan, I think it's just plain out toxic to call people out like that. She became vegan by choice, and if for some reason she felt like it wasn't doing her well, she also has the choice to stop being so.
Veganism is not a one size fits all diet. And don't get me wrong, I am PRO VEGANISM but the matter of the fact is, it's not for everyone. Some people naturally have trouble absorbing certain nutrients, people like me have IBS that flares up occasionally and makes me almost completely unable to eat any fruit or veggies because the fiber irritates my gut.
My entire point is, please don't call people out. Be as compassionate to people as much as you are compassionate to animals.

veganism is not a diet, it's a lifestyle! please don't confuse that as it is harmful for the movement. veganism is about the animals and not about health
@@thaiskiara9876 I do realize that it extends to many other aspects and not just food. But my point here is, not every body is structured the same and we should have compassion for each other just as we do for the animals.
@@hanabakhouch8558 I don't think Gaz called her out though? He was just clearing up some misinformation, which I'm grateful for. I don't like it when people misrepresent veganism, especially celebrities who have a huge following. They need to be careful about what they say. However, I DO agree that veganism is not for everyone. I also have really bad stomach/digestive issues, and while I often eat vegan meals, I cannot handle a purely vegan diet. I've tried and it only makes my symptoms worse. I do well with a balance of plant-based meals and animal protein.
Never heard them compared to mini dinosaur eggs before but I like it!🦖
Sometimes I just lose motivation to make me some delicious food. I end up eating boring oatmeal with milk. When I watch how you make your food I always find and get motivation to love food again. Its not just your recipes, its your attitude towards making it. Thank you for these delisouc recipes.

@@themisslena1 So sorry to hear that Helena. Take it easy and be gentle with yourself and honour your right to mourn in the way that you need. If you feel the motivation to make some delicious meals for yourself then go with it but if you don't feel that motivation, accept it and tell yourself that you're doing the best you can under the circumstances. It might be helpful to do some meal prep when you have the motivation as that will bring you through some of the times when the motivation isn't there. Just made the breakfast muffins, although with a few things changed. For example, instead of chives, I used dried oregano and basil. I also didn't have any muffin cases, so they are squares. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! I am deffo more of a savoury gal than a sweet-toothed gal and this is perfect for me. Also great for a lunch idea at work if I forget to prepare a salad.
Have only tried the burritos so far. I added red & poblano peppers & vegan pepper jack cheese & they were AMAZING!! THANK YOU! You are the BEST!

Uhmmm hi. I start my barista position again tomorrow and was nervous about waking up early and making a breakfast that will last me a while, give me all the energy/nutrients I need, and is quick enough that I’ll make it to work on time. I just made the muffins and had one and WOW. They are absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to take a few on the go tomorrow and have a breakfast with a zillion great ingredients that’ll keep me satiated for a while. My boyfriend is also floored. They are sooo good and I cannot believe how many great beneficial things are in them.
Sorry for the novel but damn, I’m blown away. Can’t wait to make the other two!

Okay so I’m back and I just tried the recipes, and oml it’s soooooo yummy! I never thought healthy food could be yummy 😂 don’t come at me y’all!
On the go breakfast cereals like puffed rice,firm tofu ,cherry tomatoes are an excellent choice.Buy a packet of puffed rice.Add chopped tomatoes,tofu,raisins,cucumber,pumpkin seeds,sesame seeds, Now add this mixture in the pita bread .Ready to go .Or eat just like that with little salt ,pepper and few drops of lemon
You can add frothy sugar topping to the espresso just take 3 tsp of brown sugar in a cup, add 1 tsp of the first brew of the coffee and stir until you get the froth and then pour the rest of coffee. It’s delicious!

Your recipes are great and I love your videos! But I wanted to add, that the omega3-fatty-acids in flax seeds break down when heated, thats why you end up with significantly less omega 3's in your meal. Put them as a topping on your meals or mix them in after cooking, therefore you get all the positive health benefits. But when you're looking at the binding properties of flax, your choice is really good gaz! Also they're a good source of fiber.

There's chia fruit cups for like $3 a cup at superstore so I will definitely try this recipe it's probably cheaper in the long run and way healthier!

i'm here again because i saw your dish on the wagamama's menu when i went to pick up my daughter's birthday lunch this week! we couldn't order your dish unfortunately as take out but i can't wait to try it!! so anyway, i've been hungry all week, realising, my matcha tea is not enough for breakfast doing homeschooling..i need these 3 dishes to help me get back to exercise in the early mornings and then smash all the lessons with my daughter after! Those all look so yummy! I've been looking for vegan breakfast ideas that have protein but it's hard because I'm allergic to legumes and nuts and sunflower seeds. So happy that I can eat all three of these recipes (minus the beans in the burrito). Thank you!!!
I tried the breakfast muffin recipe. Delicious! However, I substituted chick peas as I don't like tofu. Also I added cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg as I like more spice ( I'm from the Caribbean). I'm not vegan, but your recipes are an awesome option for me. Thanks!

Usually when I hear 'savoury muffins', my brain puts on Miranda Hart's voice saying "A savoury muffin?? Life is full enough of disappointments, Gary!". But truth be told, these look delicious and nutritious, even for a sweet-touth like me. Can't wait to try them. ^^

I tried making two things. The banana pudding and the muffins. I don't think I did the muffins well. They taste okay but were moist in the middle and needed to cook longer and drier on the outside. The pudding has good flavor and I improvised with sea salt carmel coconut chips on top.

The only thing I would change in the breakfast burrito, is instead of catsup I'd use salsa. Tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice... Yum!

@@3Zeppoli tbf it was not store bought ketchup and looked a little like salsa anyways. I think it's just cos it's a breakfast burrito, they traditionally have ketchup on them as it's usually with eggs.
@@Demondoink1 That's a good point, I didn't consider it being homemade (should've been obvious considering it's Gaz) I do think salsa would've been the preferable choice still.

Ever since my Manager has put me on to your videos I absolutely love them & the unique ways you cook. Thank you for all these delicious looking recipes... I said looking because I've haven't tried them yet but I definitely will lol & I KNOW they will be amazing...… Also might leave out the tofu for these, I try to stay away from soy …. they look amazing, quick question though, anyone tried making the muffins with some nutritional yeast or some simple home made vegan cheese instead of the store bought version ? It's ridiculously expensive here
just inn case anyone else was asking himself the question - made them with 40gms more tofu and 5 tablespoons of nutritional yeast (also 1/4 of cayenne pepper since I don't like things too spicy) and they are absolutely delicious ;-)

For the wraps, if you do make them beforehand to have them during your week, don't put tomatoes in them, tomatoes can only be eaten fresh like the avocado he mentioned. Otherwise it'll go bad within a few hours.
