Aggressive is all about Winning. Reach High and Try for the Unexpected. Turn Liabilities into assets. Create Traditions. Get Everyone Involved and Empowered. Recognize Others. Give Back. Be about others and not yourself. Speak more 'and's and less 'but's. Recruit your own personal board of directors. Be lucky.
Or replace your 'but' with a 'so'. For example, math is difficult, SO it looks like I'll have to put some more time into studying. I hate public speaking so... etc.
All Ted speakers have to do that to establish credibility first otherwise why would we listen to a “Normal” person who hasn’t accomplished anything. Point is to take some advice and apply it to your life, that’s kind of the whole point of getting inspired by TED talks.
