No real reason to limit yourself to 20g/day to be honest, especially if you're actively working out. You shouldn't see a difference going up to 30g/day or even 35g/day. While I don't recommend having desserts all the time, having a dessert every few days (or once a week) shouldn't make a huge impact on your overall success. The only negative is if your body just doesn't agree with the sweeteners (in which case there are usually alternative sweeteners to use instead).
Just made this. Tastes great! Thank you!🙏🏼
Love them all 👍.
I've been on a 20g

How many ml is one cup of liqud?
237 ml = 1 cup
@@frankfaubert1927thank you, do you know grams per cup?
@@lidiakabat7675 237 grams. 1 ml = 1 gram.
As Frank said, about 240ml per cup of liquid. Same in grams, but some things are more dense and will weigh more (or be less dense and weigh less).
@@RuledMe that is why it is a pity you do not write it in grams as well. I will look for pages with grams 🙂
