What I always thought was fascinating about this game's music is how the overworld music (Toad Town theme, for example) had like an inside and an outside bowser variation, but they would be perfectly in sync whenever you listened to them at the same time.
The best final boss theme of all time in any mario game in general yoko shimomura was a genius with Composing the whole series and im thankful to hear a masterpeice in a new light so let me just Say thanks for this
hearing this theme broken down makes me appreciate it more. throughout the game, the outside Bowser themes take on organic, orchestral instrumentation. inside Bowser's body has more synthy, electronic instrumentations. throughout the game, Mario and Luigi learn to work with Bowser from inside his body. since the final theme has a mix of organic and synth instruments, it demonstrates how Mario, Luigi and Bowser must work together defeat Fawful.
1:30 gave me whiplash cuz hearing this alone made me think "Sounds like Chrono Trigger! Wait no, Final Fantasy! Or a bit of Kingdom Hearts!" Then I realized Yoko Shimomura composed a few of those xP
I'm so glad Nintendo gave us the option to play any song from any series in Final Destination. Because this was what I had in mind when I needed a final boss theme!
Imagine a game that does something like this for the final boss, breaking the theme into pieces before putting them all together in the final phase. It would sound and feel incredible.
It's an absolute treat to hear every part of the song isolated like this. It really lets me appreciate all of the moving parts Yoko Shimomura put together to make this masterpiece. Channel 6 is one of the coolest things I've ever heard isolated.
This is amazing, The Grand Finale is the best song you can find on the DS, truly a masterpiece. But on the topic of final boss, i would really like to see what Wrapped in Black from Sonic Rush would look like deconstructed.
The second part with 3,4,5,12 and 14 would be awesome for the first part with bowser. While the full song would be absolutely neat for the dark star core part. But I think it works better as an intro song
Hearing all the different channels being played apart from each other made it feel almost symphonic. And even while sounding compressed, that piano is breath-taking. Man, this track is a whole masterpiece
After I had band class in middle school I've closely listen to music and it's different segments and instruments This is a blessing to me Easy as ever to point out those hidden parts too
I'll be honest, I do not know how I stumbled across the channel but humming alongside the scores left me with a huge smile off my face. If possible, I'm curious to hear what capi cave and plack beach sound like :)
Thanks for uploading a video featuring the individual instruments. This is one of those songs I grew up with, and I always wanted to hear the individual tracks but I never had the resources to do so myself.
I always liked this song, but this made me appreciate it even more, made even notice parts I didn't before, for example the piano part, which kinda reminds me of the castle theme of super mario world
I would love to see a port (not remake) of the first 3 games on Switch as a collection ($30, maybe) to celebrate an anniversary of this series. We just need to see if the creators of the now gone Alphadream accept it and if Nintendo even thinks about it.
Honestly, each parts sounds like different stages of a fight. 0:00 could play during an encounter, and the 3 last arrangements are like 3 different stages of a boss fight. Otherwise, each channel sounds really good!!

That's because of a master composer
I'm pretty sure that was the intention
When you switch between the bros and bower
The music switches so smoothly
The same is in Dream Team
@@anasalladmi5561 a lot of games have this feature
@@noysam3570the bangers do

I think its the second best, behind Kirby 64's 02

She is actually one of the composers for Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, you can hear her style in some songs, including battle themes.
@@BatataDouce i actually just found that out a few days ago but havent played the game yet probably going to get it next year
She is so good at what she does, made some of the best themes I've ever heard.
The best final boss theme
apart from the NSMBWii finale theme

This video inspired me to replay Bowsers Inside Story and god damn it’s still one of the finest rpgs ever made, R.I.P Alphadream
Man this is random but I used to have an online friend with the same profile picture as you years back, now I’m feeling nostalgic.
Game was fine tuned for our childhoods
Dream team is better
I'm so glad Nintendo gave us the option to play any song from any series in Final Destination.

Can't believe literally 24 hours before the direct I blasted this out only for my prayers to be answered. Mario and Luigi LIVES.

pokemon black / white kind of does that with the badge gates before victory road
holy shit I didnt even think DS music could be on the oscilliscope like the genesis, Time to review all my childhood games now
the amount of ear candy this deconstruction has produced is amazing. I was waiting for this and you delivered!

Yoko Shimomura? As in the guy who did the music for Final Fantasy?
@@Dystopian_k1ng she composed for kingdom hearts too! probably her most well known compositions

Now we gotta do stuff like "The wind is blowing at cavi cape" and "beachside dream" because in my opinion they sound amazing

Channel 2 is Arpeggio
Channel 5 is the Choir

Definitely hitting us with the good songs here!

AWESOME SONG EVER.
Ladies and gentlemen, Bowser finally had his chance to be a hero...
2:55 YES
Edit: 5:55 is even better
How about Adventure's End btw?
Forgot to suggest this so how about the music from the minigames from bowsers inside story? ;)
5:38 sounds like what you would hear during the final bosses dialog before the song fully kicks in once the battle starts
Would love to see the Minigame theme from this game! Personally one of my faves
Now THIS is what I was waiting for!
I'm curious about 1, 9 and 13 together tbh. I feel like these 3 are the most characteristic pieces of the track.
the grand finalorj
YYYEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSS
Can you do the road leading to the secret from this game?
This sounds like it was literally made to have lyrics

They dropped superstar saga on the switch with the gba emulator. Thats the only game we have for now
I think something much better is the new game that comes out in November
If you're planning on making another Inside Story one, please do Bumpsy Plains, it's my favorite song in that game 😎
5:38 could be it's own separate theme
1:31 can be a pre-battle theme
POV: It’s your turn in Origami King.
Channel 9: God
bro 1,2,3,4,5,14 make a really catchy beat lol
this is awesome ! maybe in the future you could do some dream team songs ? just a suggestion 😄

The bit starting at 5:38 is probably better than the full song ngl
I love channel 2
This vid really helped Recreating in the final thx
Channel 1/2: secret BiS Cynthia boss
0:00 It just so dramatic.
Request: Bowser Theme?
can you do one of The Road Leading to the Secret (both versions maybe)
channel 9 carries the entire damn thing
Is it possible to do the 3DS remake version of this?
This vid and song is a bop btw!
It's a wave form.
Doubt it since the 3DS is a full MP3 instead of synthed by the game

Because those are 3DS tracks, I think they might be wave forms so they can't be deconstructed.
This song is inspired by Millionaires quiz show music
wait a minute that distortion guitar sounds awfully similar to a sample used in sonic spinball... Pitched down by about an octave. maybe?
