Adrian Addresses the Court: A Rare Opportunity
We apologize for the poor quality of this recording-it’s simply meant to serve as a record of this rare and important moment when Adrian Sassen Van Elsloo was allowed to address the court during a District Court hearing regarding an alleged violation of a no-contact order (NCO).
This case was ultimately dismissed by Judge Rands but has since been refiled for the third time by Prosecutor Eric Richey in Superior Court, continuing the troubling pattern of targeting Adrian unfairly.
Disturbingly, there are also allegations that the same prosecutors may now be considering charges against Adrian’s advocate, who has been supporting him through a notarized power of attorney. This raises serious concerns about prosecutorial overreach and the misuse of the law as a tool to bully and silence those standing up for justice.
