Ashley Merchant is an absolute legend. She shows every attorney how to handle themselves in situations when those in positions of authority do something wrong…full of knowledge, not cocky but direct, with an even keeled power behind her words. It is abundantly clear that Integrity matters to her and every time I have had the opportunity to watch her in action, I am amazed by how she handles herself and the situation at hand, with tact and class on behalf of others to ensure the laws of the land are followed. It’s a beautiful site to see at this particular time. We need more attorneys just like Ashley Merchant out there. I was not a bit surprised that she is on the SF for other attorneys. She is all about doing the right thing all the time and at all costs, which seems to fairly uncommon in the last couple years. Those that mistakenly take her kindness for weakness SHE WILL NOT STOP UNTIL JUSTICE IS SERVED!

The audacity of the judge to still send him to 20 days in jail to be served on the weekends. All because the judge was mad someone ratted out the fact he was doing something he should have never been doing. Him and the DA should be the ones in jail.
