- Short video on location of radio / navigation / amplifier / speakers / subwoofer fuse on Ford Expedition. If radio is not working or powering up, or no sound coming from the speakers first thing to check are the fuses ( 2007 | 2008 | 2009 | 2010 | 2011 | 2012 | 2013 | 2014 | XL | XLT | LIMITED | MAX | 5.4L ). Hopefully you will find a burnt fuse and that will fix the radio problem on your Ford Expedition.
Fuse box you need is located in the cabin, on the passenger side. Watch the video for the exact location of the fuse box and all the radio fuses.

2013 expedition touch screen locked. I pulled all those fuses. Only one shuts radio down is fuse #39. When pulled fuse# 3 nothing resets Sync? Any thoughts? And my usb won't be recognized for software reinstalling. Ughhh
Hmmm could be the problem with the radio unit itself, its hard to say. Other option is to try updating the software through ford dealership, they should be able to do it with their scanner
