Hmmm. :) I'm trying it but not working. How did you merge the "new fill layer" to the original? My file size increased but I did not "merger it into the original. I have to get 128MB down to 25MB without changing image size.... Let me know it would save me - and thanks for such a wonderful approach - I'm sure I'm doing something wrong...!!! thx much!
