I so appreciate your support! What we have to understand is that there's no magic trick, there will always be something we would need to compromise with in order to get something.
@@PiXimperfect One Major way you forgot to mention , you can simply reduce the file size by hiding all layers and then saving it. This technique was discovered by me years back (2014-2015) on CS5.
You have covered so many simply complex topics that everytime I run into a problem you already have it in the playlist or you post a video about soon enough. I'm quite lucky to find your channel. Thanks Unmesh
Dear Unmesh, thank you very much for ur work🙏 I watched this lesson with my 60 yo mom and she asked “is he real or CG?”😂 this is the proof that u r doing the real AAA content!❤️ thank u so much!
Your tutorials are incredible! I will be honest and say that as an architecture student I've been a bit hesitant to rely on Photoshop as a main solution to visualization problems. However, you've helped me understand concepts in Photoshop that you CAN'T GET looking at one of the many "ArchViz Photoshop tutorial" where they put 100 effects and everything is done at 4x speed. Thank you for your hard work and you deserve all the best! :)
Wow !!! That was so Cool Bro... I have some PSD files with 1.2GB and 3.5GB. Now I got a way to reduce the file size. This video is so useful for me Bro...
Not the first comment but really thankful for everything you do. I've been stuck with work several times and you and your team have helped bail me out every single time. Thanks again!
World best no 1 chennel of adobe product tutorial. Sir i know little bit english but stil i m learning lot of in photoshop from this chennle bcoz difficult things u learn by easy way. sir i want to request u pls teach us jewellary retouch tutorial by your way. it wil be something diffrent i learn.
Congratulations, UNMESH. You're just get the Title " Mr. Reference of Photoshop ", Amazing ideas and excellent work. I learned alot from you, while I'm already a professional in Photoshop. Thanks alot :)
OMG, I've learned, or rather, relearned from all of your tutorials! I had worked on PS when it had first came out, stopped after the 3rd edition as I felt it was to complicated as everything was learn by doing and asking anyone that had PS. Thank you!!!!
I hit the like button before I even watch the video. I appreciate the time and effort it takes to produce this fantastic content. It's helped me greatly in my studies as I wind up my bachelor's in Digital Photography. Ok, I'll get off my soapbox. 😁😄
Hi Razes, thank you for all your videos. It is always inspiring to watch them. At this case I would spread your 10 tips to dozen - 11) delete your working channels, if there are any; 12) check bit depth of your file (bits per channel) - in most cases 8 is enough.
AP sir ho humare hamesha support bane rehega cmnt bhut km krta hun pr sare video dekha from start n liked bhi kiya always support bs aisi videos banate rehe
You are the best! Once again you have helped me. Every search leads me back to you for complete, clear, step by step instructions. Thank you!!! I am a subscriber ;-)
Thank You Very Very Very Much!!!! This really helped cuz I had an assignment due and I tried to send it and download it in so many ways but it wouldn't send because of the size and I didn't know what to do. After watching this vid I was able to submit! Again Thank you very much!
I think u should get prize from Adobe for all ur time and ur videos . I think for any designer you are the reference once we stuck in any thing . I wonder why bug colleges and university didn’t hire you as professional teachers in photoshop . Thanks a lot for ur information u gave it to us . God bless u
Hello, Unmesh! Have not watched the video yet, but the title alone reminded me that PC parts are limited these days and a lot of folk are learning Photoshop on slower machines from home. I would love a compiled guide on how to optimise Photoshop for older machines (especially for art-related stuff with many layers). You have done these in the past and I will get around to watching them, but just like the Curves adjustment layer, there's always something to tweak! And as always, thanks for the pro lessons!
Great video! I would also like to recommend saving images as TIFF, not PSD. TIFF is able to store all of the Photoshop data such as layers, smart objects, etc. while also providing additional compression methods. With compression enabled, I typically find that TIFF files are sound half the size of PSD. Give it a try!
I remember this funny trick of adding a solid color on top of the layers to reduce the PSD file size of a good amount. The downside is that you'll lose the quick preview on Mac OSX, but hey, it does the job
There is one more way to reduce the PSD file which I've been using for a while now. Essentially, you just make all the layers invisible before saving the document. The only compromise is that you have to make them visible next time you open the file, however that takes only couple of seconds. This is extremely helpful if you're working on different projects daily, and you want to have a copy of all of them on your machine. For me it usually makes a difference of 5MB per file, so I save over 5GB of storage saved up on 1000+ PSDs that I have.
All your videos comes up with new new tips and tricks...as always ..thanks UNMESH for brings this up and i'd like to know double masking technique and what makes it different from regular masking as we do always.
I like saving as a Tiff with Zip compression. It usually cuts the size in half. It's only good for storage though as it takes too long to save any changes while you are working with it.
A year or two ago, I was blown away by a mock-up PSD that used actions to build a very large file from a very small one. Granted, it takes some serious know-how to custom build an action for that purpose, but it is another method I've seen to greatly reduce file size.
*I hit the like button the moment you said compromises, I always value your honest and straight to the point tutorials...*
Its wow
ok ok
