Back in 97 our entire basketball team had them in the royal blue. Spot on with the price. I had to beg my mom's and work 2 part-time job's to get them. $180 wasn't easy to come by for basketball ball shoe's. Hahaha 😂👏🏀

Just got my first pair of foamposites I got the navy/gum ones they are so nice
The only thing I wasn't aware of was the Nike on the side for the wear test samples. Still, a great video and very informative. I love my foamposites and won't ever stop rocking them. For me the top foam is the copper and other top ones would be royal, black Gucci, and the vachettas (I still need to get).

So far my favs were the Hologram FP1's and the Safari FP1's. The Tianjin' were fire but they were unicorns also.....
I had the Foamposites when they first came out, then I later got the Flightposite 1's when they were released (and still have them). Interestingly, the Flightposites came with instructions that suggested to put them in the microwave for 20 sec before putting them on and lacing them tight, to mold them to your feet... I never did it though, was scared of ruining them....

I bought 2 pair back when they first came out, white/back and black/black I believe and they both had the nike swoosh on them. I also brought a penny blue pair back in early 2000s with nike swoosh. I didn't know that there were some without the swoosh. I'm an OLD sneaker head...I only have the penny blue left but the nike swooshs have come off.

Never hopped on the foam train when it first came out. When They did grow on me I noticed everyone who had the original ones their soles look terrible. I think that what turns a lot of people off from them because they know what they're going to end up looking like and if you years. Only ones I have Bought are the pros or the when they have the none icy sole or the gum bottoms

My only pair of foams is the Spider-Man's cause I got them for cheap. Love them, super comfy for walking around and chilling, and I love wearing them with Spider-Man tees and crap. Before I had the foams I had a pair of silver flightposites and I traded them for silver Half Cents. To this day that was my biggest mistake in sneakers. I miss my flightposites 😫

Hi Hes, what is your opinion on NBA players hooping in shoes that were made two decades ago? Is it really professional or are the shoes not so important? (st I personally can hardly believe, but I don't play basketball) I ask it, because I even saw a player, Markief Morris, play on foamposites in the play-offs.
Rabarberellum 101 im not hes but im fine with it, the tech is completely different now but some guys grew up in certain shoes and have the opportunity to continue doing so. kieff wont wear any other shoes like a lbj or kd cuz thats the opposition.
Players play in retro Jordans and Foams all the time. I think it's more of a style preference and it's not like these shoes are completely obsolete. The tech used in this is still used in shoes today. Look at the LeBron 11s which had a foam upper. And full length Zoom cushion in the foamposites is still a staple of basketball performance shoes today. Zoom is still regarded as a great cushioning system favored by the likes of Kobe.

I want something comfortable and lots of cushion. It’s crazy! You can spend a LOT of $ on shoes and they’re uncomfortable as hell!!!! Ridiculous. I put fancy insoles in my shoes because I need the cushioning. Having said that, should I get foamposite? I like ankle support too but I’ll wear brace or tape
