The Boo and Bee mushrooms aren't timer-based. You lose the bee if you touch water (which, outside of rain, shouldn't be too hard with the short flight time it grants) and you lose the Boo when exposed to bright lights (such as the sun).
@@Docteur_HexI have to disagree as in the mario movie he has to physically punch through the brick walls even WITH the mushroom plus then getting slapped by the fish caused him to lose the power up so I feel like you'd have to INTENTIONALLY try to break something using your strength for it to actually break. Then I assume getting hit too hard or something that would usually cause someone a lot of pain would cause you to lose the power up.

About the power-ups that generate money : what if they cause too much money to appear and devaluate that money ? Especially if you're not the only one who has it ? Or what if the generated gold was ruled as fake ?
Really, this is the problem with all infinite money powers in games, as well as powers whose purpose is solely to generate money: Unlike in games, having an infinite amount of money doesn't equal you buying an infinite amount of stuff, because there are non-monetary reasons why goods cost what they cost. They are completely useless in real life.
The super mushroom does make you stronger. When small, Mario can’t break bricks. When he’s tall, he can. Also, it allows you to survive almost any injuries that would normally be fatal or life altering. Also, It is permanent until you get injured, so you could be big and strong for the rest of your life. Super mushroom would be really useful.
Yeah but outside of a few 3D games, the super mushroom just reverts Mario back to how he originally was. In NSMB DS, you see him take damage before he starts 1-1 indicating the small Mario is a weakened state. (I REALLY wish they did that in other Mario games, that was the best continuitiy node in any game instead of just randomly making him small). Course the only full 3D Mario game to use the super mushroom where default Mario was his normal size is Super Mario 64 DS...where it acted like the Mega Mushroom. other than that, they distinctly make small mario a "shrunken, scrunched, hatless" version of himself.
You forgot to mention that Penguin Suit also grants improved swimming abilities similar to the Frog Suit, as well as being able to temporarily belly slide on water for a short ways
The one thing to note about every single power up with a time limit: When collecting the same power up again, the timer refreshes, and we've seen on multiple occasions, whethwr it's nabbit or mario himself, that the power ups can be stored and used later. If you really wanted to, you could stockpile a massive amount of some of the better power ups, and use them for even longer. Imagine saving up enough stars to be invincible for an entire day...
Yeah plus it also depends on IF you can call on the power up anytime you want or have to get it from some box or somewhere randomly. If it works like the items in SMB3 or NSMB where you can hold onto them like cards and use them anytime, the time limited ones would be more practical. Like just use Metal cap when you need to cross a river. Doesn't make WIng cap more useful though as you can't reset that while in the sky and if it runs out, you're dead. Even Mario dies if you fall from too high.
@@MarioMastar actually I think it's possible to reset it if you copy the game logic exactly. If you fly into one in-game it just disappears and refills your timer. The fire flower is more useful then you think. You can basically create large amounts of "clean power" through turning water into steam. It isn't technically a powerup, but I feel like one of the most helpful items irl would be the launch star from Galaxy. If you can change its destination, it's free, super-fast transportation to anywhere, even outer space
Just befriend a Luma and you'll have a reusable one everywhere you go. since they turn into launch stars. The mini ones only send you so far, but the large ones can send you to other cities fairly easily. JUST...hope you have adamantium legs...or an invincibility star on the landing. XD Even Mario looks like he shudders a bit from impact.
Objection on the star rating: it would not be very useful irl because it kills anything that touches its user. That means it would be overkill for anything short of military situations
The star does NOT kill everything it touches...the reason it seems to is because Mario is deliberately knocking away enemies with his invulnerability. If you watch the cartoons or use the star in Multiplayer, all it does is merely knock down the opponent and Mario has to actively still attack the enemies with force to kill them. Plus get a star in NSMB, then pick up one of your allies. NO DAMAGE.
the goomba shoe is not trash. it should be "only if desperate". theoretically there may be an instance where you have to cross some place filled with spikes that some madman placed there.
Yeah, we have special boots and platforms for rough terrain. It wouldn't be more practical than just...a pair of heavy duty boots, but the protection it provides on top of being somewhat mobile could be useful in some situations. So yeah, "only if desparate".
I’d probably have some problems using the Red Star and Propeller Mushroom in real life. I can’t spin once I’m already in the air. The same goes for any power up with a statue ability. I can’t begin a front flip in the air and land with extra force.
I don't think the P-wing or leaf would save you money on air fare. In the game, you can only fly as fast as you can run. Assuming the same is true for real life, it would take days, if not weeks to fly to another country. Not to mention, you'd have to carry all your junk with you. It would be useful for getting around the city you live in, avoiding traffic jams and stuff, but probably wouldn't be all that useful for long distance travel.
What?! The hammer and fireball are excellent for what they were actually designed for...self defense. Especially the ability to flame on with flying fireballs from your hands. Nothing says deterrent like setting criminals on fire.
I'd argue the boot would actually be decently useful as I assume it'd function as a vehicle rather rhan just a random boot, as goombas in it are much more mobile than normal. In addition it's one of thr few power ups you can get out of and back into due to its status as a vehicle
Fire flowers violates the laws of entropy. Boiling water is the best way to make electricity and it allows you to generate heat to boil stuff better. No thought at all was given to practical uses
So I don't get the exclusion of the Mario and Luigi and Paper Mario Power ups since they are pretty interesting. In addition since they are part of the canon ones like the Ice Flower bleed over. I will say the Yoshi one makes sense because it is exclusive to Yoshi. While in the case of Smash Bros it's depiction of the Hammer doesn't really count since that isn't canon. The one from the Canon one definitely seems to be the person swinging it is in control. The hammer is for construction and demolition. The Fire Flower can be used for say lighting the Fireplace or ever been used for cooking. Probably larger, I believe Small Mario is his default. I think the Rainbow Star is just a Superstar in a different form. You could take the frog suit off. Embrace shoe travel I don't think the cloud is a power-up. The Super Leaf does have a limitation like the Cape Feather. Super Leaves need a running start. Green Shell is debatable But the Blue is a straight up Power Up. There is also the Invisibility Cap. Wing Cap is limited if I may mention. Freezing objects quickly for Ice Flower. The Mega Mushroom can be used to hang objects up high like in that one commercial. The Bee Mushroom does last a bit. No the Boo Mushroom doesn't kill Mario. Snow boarding with Penguin Suit. Propeller Suit spins the wearer. Demolition for the Rock Mushroom.
11:38 Oh yes. The power to forever become an indestructible furry that inmediatly kills every living creature it touches, I'm sure that won't cause any problems and has many useful aplications for my day to day travel to the supermarket... if they don't give me a life sentence that is

Additionally, even if you somehow survived being crushed under your own weight, you would boil alive because your cells would be producing more heat than your body could handle.
17:16 Me walking through the pots and pans aisle after activating the Metal Wonder
Who whouldnt want the coin box and golden flower lol. I whould love to fly around with the leaf
It’s basically just if you put effort in your RUclips vids, cause my brothers channel, and he shows me he makes a lot of moola
shout out @circustheory
You didn't talk about how the drybones shell makes you invincible if you hold down or something.
The giant shoe would be comfy during (a cold) winter though. So certainly not trash.
the wing cap is faster than the leaf and would be pretty useful, once you learn how to pull off a triple jump
for the hammer's defense, there's a chance it's not the hammer that makes mario swing it constantly, maybe it's mario who swings it by himself
1:58 well if you were able to keep a stock of multiple stars, you could always reuse
2:14 i appreciate the mention of this game, it had some nice extra objects, it even reuses elements from past games such as sidesteppers and DK hammer!
7:25 tbh i'd put it at the same tier as super cape since they work the same
8:28 idk, you might wanna use bee mushroom to sting an asshat
12:48 idk, seems useful to kill whoever disagrees with me on something
you litterally missed one problem about the proppeller mushroom irl, you would have to spin violently to fly.....
Amazing video 😄. I enjoy watching your Channel 😁
NO DAMAGE.
I think you underestimate the use of water sliding/walking that comes from galaxy's ice flower and the penguin suit
personally the tanuki suit would be useful for hiding because your stone and you could blend in also allowing you to fly when you accelerate enough
Maybe, but you can only hold the statue form for a few seconds at a time.
the cape is litterally better than the tannooki suit, sorry tom nook, because it lasts forever
cloud power up makes you slightly lighter so you can jump higher and float more
8:30 the Bee powerup doesn't have a timer.
It disapears when Mario get's wet.
god if i had a simple home teleport it would be so handy because i need trains and public transport to get anywhere, which sucks
the goomba shoe is not trash.
it should be "only if desperate".
theoretically there may be an instance where you have to cross some place filled with spikes that some madman placed there.
Erm actually 🤓☝️ if everyone had access to free money inflation would skyrocket.
12:13 when the irs asks where you got the money you can turn them into money
i bet a scientist could make a fire flower power up
the shell always turns have you ever thought about heartache? 😅
Fireflower would be amazing if you were a chef... or honestly if you cook at all you would want it for unlimited free access to fire.
That would be cool
Then it could be burned
I don't think the P-wing or leaf would save you money on air fare. In the game, you can only fly as fast as you can run.
Assuming the same is true for real life, it would take days, if not weeks to fly to another country. Not to mention, you'd have to carry all your junk with you. It would be useful for getting around the city you live in, avoiding traffic jams and stuff, but probably wouldn't be all that useful for long distance travel.
giga cat bell would be op in certain scenarios
AND 1 UP MUSHROOM???
Bro forgot the Super Crown. It's clearly the most OP.
how to become woman in 3 simple steps
Light box has unlimited light? Meaning unlimited power, find a way to harness and sell the power
with the gold flower, you can easily destroy the entire global economy, thus making it the best powerup IRL
I'd love a Part 2
Question - Can you use the Super Star more than once in your life? Maybe about 1 use each hour?
The cat suit also makes you super nimble and fast
I know that because I watched the Mario Movie
This Was one of the Best Vids you ever made!!
@@fahimehshabanpoor5083 You wrote the same thing 3 times.
@@AnEnigmaOnRUclips wait really OMG I ACCTULLY WROTE IT THREE TIME I did not realize 😳 I will delete them
You missed one.
The Big Mushroom from Super Mario Maker (2), which is not the same as the Super Mushroom.
YOU CAN DO AN INFINITE JUMPS WITH BUBBLE FLOWER
What?! The hammer and fireball are excellent for what they were actually designed for...self defense. Especially the ability to flame on with flying fireballs from your hands. Nothing says deterrent like setting criminals on fire.
You forgot the Super Crown.
You forgot the tanooki suit
The cape should be in the place of the normal super leaf cus the normal leaf is limited the cape not but the P one is OP
Bro fr ranked Super Leaf above Cape 💀💀💀
Embrace shoe travel
I don't think the cloud is a power-up.
The Super Leaf does have a limitation like the Cape Feather.
Super Leaves need a running start.
Green Shell is debatable
But the Blue is a straight up Power Up.
The power to forever become an indestructible furry that inmediatly kills every living creature it touches, I'm sure that won't cause any problems and has many useful aplications for my day to day travel to the supermarket... if they don't give me a life sentence that is
Sympa comme video jattendais justement quelqu'un pour parle de ce sujet
Okay but the Super star kills everybody you touch
13:47 it’s over your head, it’s useless, it would blind you.
