    We are moving through some reformer favorites with some leg, glute and core work in this routine and finish up with a hip-opening stretch. I hope this routine leaves you feeling great!

    *Can be done without bands or substituted with light weights or resistance bands. Sliders can be replaced with socks or towels on a hard surfaced floor or a magazines or Tupperware lids on carpet. They can also be eliminated. Please only attempt if you are aware of proper execution and form, otherwise ask me or an instructor for guidance or suggestions.
