I think you should turn the superflat area into a huge village/kingdom, with loads of houses, different terrains and maybe a hidden farm or two. I think it could be really cool and a great addition to this already amazing world!
It would be cool, but those kind of builds are best with hills and natural terrain

i've seen a few people make videos restoring ancient cities. i've even seen people exposing ancient cities to the air by mining out the chunks about them. but nobody ever seems to go back and terraform the landscape AROUND said ancient cities to make it look like they were never buried below ground in the first place.

If you make a world download on this you guys would go down as even bigger Legends. making life so much easier for so many people, minecraft is so much focused on farms and efficient ways of getting resources. Focusing on only building would be so much of a good feeling.

In bedrock Minecraft I don't know if it would work in Java but we have a gold farm that gives you INSANE xp like 20 levels in under 10 seconds. Its crazy.
The best build to put on top of the Supercar Biome is this, hear me out, .... A 5x5 dirt hut for the both of you to live in

On normal flat worlds villages spawn a lot so building one on the flat world you made would be a good idee in my opinion
cactus is a pretty easy compostable material, with a 50% chance to advance to composter. Could convert that giant cactus farm into a bone meal farm

Make a pixel painting on your 1000 beacons with glass panes please because its one of the easiest project (because you used 57 hours on your ultimate bas or storage system)

You can make a super smelter for cactus fram and at the end of the sires look how much xp you get
