These "incorrect" techniques of Branch Warren really works! I had many problems which my shoulders. I have been doing each workout with correct techniques, and I don't have seen effects. last workouts I'm trying do the same way like Branch. Branch, You're incredible!

Use the shakes as an addition on your diet. Eat healthy and diversely, sleep well, train with good form. Those are the basics.
Brench gym routine is extremely intensive. He lift madly heavy. In my opinion he is more hardcore then Dorian Yates ever was. Also his muscle quality looks insane.
He runs two or three businesses, is a multi-millionaire and one of the top ten bodybuilders in the world. All that doesn't happen by accident, he may not be Einstein but he is certainly a smarter man than me and most others.

That's because the quads, hams and calves aren't taken as much into consideration when the judges are placing them in the contest. No one gets a lower place in, for example, Mr. Olympia or the Arnold Classic for having *worse* quads or calves. It's not a main bodypart that they're judged on, that's why.
