    These "incorrect" techniques of Branch Warren really works!
    I had many problems which my shoulders. I have been doing each workout with correct techniques, and I don't have seen effects. last workouts I'm trying do the same way like Branch.

      I don't think that works. Jean Claude Van Damme said he used light to medium weights and increased the reps.

    I cant understand all you guys who always complain aboute his lifting. Hi has reatched higher then anyone of you so just zip it. The way he trains works for him and hi is in the top 10 in mr o so hi is getting what he wants out of his workout.

    Can tell if that's military press or incline bench press. Lol, the reason you do seated military press is so you don't cheat with your legs, but they still found a way to cheat.

    as a beginner on shoulder day i thought ide look at some delt workouts, first thing i noticed was that i have better form than him! lol he sways like a blade of grass in a windstorm on laterals. shocked he never tore his RotCuff @Kai ur a big influence to me man so its good to see u post here! thx and stay healthy

    It's funny to see so many negetive comments and personal insults from people who are sitting behind computers and laugh insted of trying to workout with branch and prove him that your comments "worth something" i think you guys should respect him "throwing weights" or not that his way of getting better,he is top 3 at the Mr.olympia and if that way works for him it doesn't matter what you say he will only get better and better !!!

    If you're going to critique someone..... Critique them right. Because you know what? It's taught not "teached". Everyone has a certain "form" that is best for them. Not everyone is going to get "bigger" using more control and "focusing on the negative". Do you know how many people I hear say that on a daily basis? Just because it works for you doesn't mean it's going to work for EVERYONE. Yea maybe he didn't win the Olympia, but he sure as hell won the Arnold Classic.

    If you want to push past failure, its not uncommon to swing, or bounce the weight. We called them cheat reps, but we only counted them as a half.

    that's the famous metroflex gym in arlington. it's supposed to be shitty to reflect the 'dungeon' like environment. ronnie coleman made it famous and the rates are quite high to work out there.

    He runs two or three businesses, is a multi-millionaire and one of the top ten bodybuilders in the world. All that doesn't happen by accident, he may not be Einstein but he is certainly a smarter man than me and most others.

    Protein shakes aren't bad. There isn't much difference between them, especially when you're a beginner. Protein shakes are produced by isolating and drying the proteins found in cow's milk, such as whey, casein and eggs. Take 1.2 to 1.7 grams of protein per kg of bodyweight. Use the shakes as an addition on your diet. Eat healthy and diversely, sleep well, train with good form. Those are the basics.

    this was probably your smartest comment on this video so far and i'd like to congratulate you for that. I agree to the extent that Phil's weakest bodypart in my opinion is his chest. Unfortunately i don't agree that kai's and definitely not victor's are bigger than Phil's chest at this stage in time. Vic is on the way down and currently looks like shit. But, this weak point is not a massively significant one, kai's weak points are more significant and this is the reason he lost IMO (delts,traps)

    Brench gym routine is extremely intensive. He lift madly heavy. In my opinion he is more hardcore then Dorian Yates ever was. Also his muscle quality looks insane.

    That's because the quads, hams and calves aren't taken as much into consideration when the judges are placing them in the contest. No one gets a lower place in, for example, Mr. Olympia or the Arnold Classic for having *worse* quads or calves. It's not a main bodypart that they're judged on, that's why.

    Please explain the difference to me then, and how you think a slow punch would create more force than a fast punch
    Because the scientific equation for force = Mass(In this case the amount of weight you use) x ACCELERATION(Speed in lamen terms)
    I think the term your looking for is tension on the muscle, not "force"
