I love that not only do you happen to make batreps for so many systems I'm interested in learning about, but also how concise you are about rules, actions, and results of actions! You make some of the most easily digestible batreps out there and I'm thankful for it!
That was excellent - I'm playing my first game of Xenos Rampant tomorrow with a freshly painted detachment, which pretty much guarantees losing horribly, but I'll have fun either way!
That was great. Vader was amazing and showed why no one ran away when the Emperor was eaten by the Rancor -- they were too scared of Vader! These are waiting under the Xmas tree for me -- can't wait to give them a try.
Very nice! I usually prefer to keep inches with 15mm myself for the feel of the scale. Anyway, just a note for future watchers: vehicles must roll for movement if they are going to fire & move. ;)
Yet to play a game but in combat, as I interpret the rules is you roll for courage before any side retreats. There may be a case that both fail and both will retreat and become suppressed. Page 66 Ending attacks. Then again if you like the way you play, then ok. BTW really like you channel. Have a great holiday.
The base heavy infantry are cheap but not that effective. Fortunately you can purchase upgrades, such as increasing them from a five-man squad to a 10-man squad, which improves their shooting.

XenoS Rampant is going to get my old 6mm Epic stuff rebased on rounds and back on the table! (cm for measurements).. great looking game here!

I’ll check that out. Once a game gets going we just kind of wing it based on memory and reference sheets. Try to keep page flipping to a minimum.

Great video, awesome way to showcase new rules. What size bases did you use?
The small bases are 25mm. The larger ones are 2” clear acrylic disks for crafting and such. I got them on Amazon.
