I really enjoyed this, I'm am age of sigmar player primarily but I've just discovered the rampant series. I really enjoyed the video and I'm currently learning lion rampant. Were do you buy your historical miniatures from please?
Hey man, glad you enjoyed the video! Much appreciated! There are lots and lots of options for minis depending on your desired period, tastes, and budget. All the minis in this video where from 3 manufacturers: Victrix ltd: they do excellent plastic kits and I highly, highly recommend them Footsore miniatures and wargames foundry. They are metals, little more pricey, and add sone nice character.
Hey Triarius my friend very enjoyable ,great looking table and minis. Next time take care of the phone camera so you avoid this type of vertical shots and have it landscape.
They are mostly victrix but there are also wargames foundry vikings and footsore mixed in as well. The foundry figures are a little beefier and footsore a little slighter but I think they mix well enough
@@TriariusWarGamingmore LR II system would be Great and romans vs germans sounds super 👍⚔️ …. I am currently working on building a battle greeks vs romans with the Lion rampant II rules. But its Hard to post pictures here about the process 😜
table looking immersive, I should get a table mat like that!
Thanks man! Highly recommend the mats!

Thanks man!
great battle report 👌 ... i am learnig the rules at the moment. So this helps me a lot. 👍👍
Thanks man! glad to help! I probably am not perfect but glad you found the video useful!
For the river sections you could drill a slot on the seam of each piece to fit a 2mm rare earth magnet. Little extra work.
Genius idea!
Nice battle report
Thanks man! Much appreciated!

@@TriariusWarGaming Brilliant!! Thankyou.. I look forward to seeing you post more videos 👍
Would say that Elites are Hearthguard and the Heavy Infantry are Hirdmen, Bondir could be either Heavy or Light infantry.
Good call! Those rule adaptions make sense!

Thanks man! That battle report ended up a little rushed, I will definitely work on that for the future!
Does the new book include the Crusades book material?
sort of, it doesn't have all the special rules, army lists, and scenarios etc. But it does have a lot of the rules modifications etc.
hi what size table are you playing on thanks richard
The mat is a 6X4, but I'm probably playing on like half that size.
I see some victrix models in there, are they all victrix?
