I didn't know that you have blue eyes too. I never took my Ray-bans off as a kid in TC, and Caymans. My family kidded me. They didn't get the pain and blindness that it causes us fair-eyed souls. Great video as usual
Haha o yes! Having the light eyes is a struggle when you live your life on the water haha if I even go outside on a sunny day without my sunglasses I feel like I am going blind haha
We actually went from a Yellowfin to a Bahama so I think I uniquely qualified to answer that question and help you haha. Shoot me a text or give me a call and I’ll be happy to discuss with you! 321-720-7115
It would worry me that all 4 motors have run the same time under the same load and you had to add oil to your center 2 motors, I would think your outside ones would show the same but I understand the broken cowl latches, the length of the Bahamas crossing in open ocean would bug me a little but you know your boat better than me. Love your videos, keep up the great work.
I agree that it definitely is something that should be done but, from experience, these motors go through at wildly different rates. Usually they don’t go through it at all like they should but only sometimes do they actually lose some. And at the end of the day that is why we have 4 motors. Had the middle two not been able to run, I still have the other two motors that I did change. It would’ve been annoying to get home on only 2 but doable.
Just crossed in my 27' Robalo with my dogs a couple weeks ago. Such a cool experiance
Thats awesome man. Was that your first time doing it? Where did you cross to?
@Nick Olinde Freeport to Fort Laurderdale. Second crossing but longest. This one was solo ......well except for a couple French bulldogs
Nice!

How long was the trip?
This trip I think it took us like 5 hours, maybe just a touch more to cross.

Wow couldn’t ask for a better day to cross!! I wish I was that lucky haha
We got so lucky! Hands down one of the best crossings I have ever done!

I am sorry, but I do not understand this language.
Lose the sunnies…..
It’s not a great way to get eye contact and engagement with your audience..
I will sometimes but if I am out on the boat in the sun, the sunglasses will be on. I’m pretty sensitive to that much sunlight
