It’s always nice to see two beautiful, smiling, knowledgeable, brave young women that do not look like OF girls and do not try to gain views by selling their femininity. Bravo! As per the videos…so enjoyable and fun to watch!
Love the boat, if they all came accessorized with a good dog it would be perfect. That first long leg looked a bit rough. Makes it a challenge to sip your coffee. Looking forward to rest of videos from this trip
Love seeing you put that beautiful boat to use! 👍👍can't wait to see what you guys catch! Any snorkeling plans while there? have fun. thanks for bringing us along🏝 tight lines!🎣
I always wanted to take a run to Bimini but my wife doesn't like boating. Sold my boat, although it was too small (18') anyway. I could get a bigger one, but wouldn't enjoy it by myself. I'm enjoying my trip vicariously thru you ladies. Thanks, now catch some fish!
@@Chris-fo8wp After 50 years, I think I'll keep her. She loves riding on the back of our motorcycle. Her only fault is not liking boats but after two skin cancer surgeries can't blame her too much. She's a keeper!
A little more info would have been more helpful. Like, how long can you stay? Can you just anchor anywhere and camp? What navigation do you use? After yellow flag, what flag next after clearing customs?
Great video, we are heading there in July and can’t decide where to leave from. Was planning on Ft Lauderdale vs WPB so I didn’t have to go against Gulf Stream but that didn’t seem to be an issue for you. Coming from Fl west coast.
I’m confused you said from Palm Beach and then the video and description mentioned Fort Pierce inlet as the departure point? Didn’t look like Ft Pierce inlet to me.
Yeah, that's obviously Palm Beach Inlet. You can see the port, the power plant, and Manatee Lagoon in the background when they're debugging the engines.
Did you guys put the coordinates into the autopilot and let it take you there or did you look on your chart plotter to guide you there? Curious about navigating my way there for the first time.
We didn't use our in deck fish boxes for the crossing because we had a full size fridge and freezer in the Bahamas where we were staying. It seemed simpler and easier to just use coolers to easily transport our bait to the big freezers when we got there. Also, the coolers take less ice!
I recently transferred to the gulf coast from West Texas and was looking for fishing tips when I found your channel. I find you both charming and since I am new to the water, I have a question (or 10). For example, what is a Capstan winch vs. a windlass? Then there is forecastle, orlop, spanker, yardarm, and last of all, what is a poop deck, and how did it get its name? While I am familiar with mast, bilge, top deck, and rigging, also I could look it up, but it might be a good video if you covered it. Is there a proper way to maintain a rod and reel, and what would you recommend as a must-have, catch-all rig for fishing from the shore?
Tree across the Bahama thing like a hundred time just do some fishing that's why I like it do fishing fishing forget about instruction do fishing fishing fishing fishing
Is there a chance that you lovely young ladies have a spare grandmother who enjoys fishing, can back up a boat trailer and rustle up a decent shore lunch? Oh, it wouldn't hurt if she didn't talk too much but it's not a deal breaker.

4:11 -- Was VERY CONFUSED by that map until I realized it's in "track up" view 😂
Amanda and Emily, Great video!! The two of you are really great boat skippers!! 😀
Just made that run two weeks ago from Port Everglades. Was fortunate to have amazing conditions and it only took four hours. Can’t wait to go back!
Bloopers are best part

You are funny! Enjoy that great boat and mostly the lifestyle! Aloha!
I was just there 3 weeks ago the fishing was terrible!! Hope you guy's do better.
Tight Lines Ladies!!! And safe travels!
Fish the pocket?
I love this video format. The Bimini run was great. You're fueling my commitment to finish my boat build soon-ish.
Wow thats awesome you left out of Fort Pierce. I plan on moving there this summer. I will use this route to make Bahamas runs... Thanks for sharing.
So glad this was helpful!!
@@GaleForceTwins it was. You guys (gals) do an amazing job.
Gail Force Mom... Had to smile.
Would love to know more about what seakit you chose and maybe a video description sometime ! I am still learning 🤣

You girls have a lot of guts going that island ! What a adventure and good time!😊 Steven from Boston ma🇺🇸🍀😎⚓️
Looking forward to seeing this series!
Nice. I would prefer a cabin boat with potty and sleeping accommodation.
Great job girls

The Bahamas has a great website for all those questions...

I'd leave from wherever is the closest distance to the island you're going to!
Thanks for sharing 🍸.
Always fun😃
Lady's you need some fluffy fenders... take care of that gel coat. lol.
Please y'all, keep a skinny life vest on!😇
I had an experience with a rogue wave before🫨
Great video. How much fuel did it take? Is your dog able to “hold it” between stops?
We burned 117 gallons to cross! Our dog is the best, she can "hold it" for 12 hours but we never make her go that long.

Good video
Do you have any videos on Haulover Inlet!
Maybe teaching idiots how to go in and out the inlet!
Nice!!
Can’t wait to do my run to Bahama’s instead of just flying over.

If the center console is full of stuff, where do you go to the toilet ?
How does your radar keep you “nice and safe”. Is radar really that necessary
For a 33' boat it doesn't seem to have much storage. Do you not use the in deck boxes or is the insulation just not as great as a cooler?

what would you do if you ran into pirates along the way ???
Chub Cay dog friendly??? I tried booking for same time you were there & told no. Did policy change? We don't stay anywhere without our boy either. 🐾
Hi . I want u 2 teacher me how to become a good boat man
Kona has been at sea for over a year. Should be a captain, not a first mate😅
I’m curious, what life raft do you carry?
??? Would love to know what the life raft is.

Don’t forget to take the pirates booty if you had to ditch the boat

And... your MOST IMPORTANT gear is missing beside an emergency beacon! LIFE JACKETS! SERIOUSLY SMH! 💯😬
