I have drip installed in almost all of my gardens. Yet still; I am trying to justify buying one of these! You are making it hard on me, not to! LOL!!!
Hi I am so inspired by you and I am a new gardener. I live in Florida zone 10A. I am setting up a drip irrigation after watching your videos what schedule and for how long do I run my drip irrigation please?
I'm from Florida. When gardening there, the routine afternoon shower was plenty of water. Occasionally, I supplemented and watered by hand. Now, in TX, where it is like an oven heat, periods with months of drought, I installed drip.

Thanks so much!!💕 How long & often you run your drip system will depend on the type of plants you have, their needs, the sun exposure of your bed, the amount of water from the emitters you use, & weather. There are a lot of factors that determine you schedule so that is something you will need to test.😉🙏🏾💚

I’m just in awe of you. You can do soooo much. You’re inspiring me. I just bought a pressure washer. Had my son do the patio. I couldnt believe how dirty it was. I paid for his education. He’s happy to do stuff for me 😂😂😂😂

Nice video. Retractable hoses are a game changer. There are lots of brands out there, so do your research. Worth the investment.
They are!! This is my 2nd one. I installed one in my backyard last year & it's so nice to not have my hose laying out every day!
Do you plan to bring yours in for the winter? Or do you have a mild enough winter to leave outside?
I left my other hose reel out all winter that I installed last year in my backyard & it did just fine. 🙌🏾

Your new hose setup looks lovely. I purchased the Hoselink one earlier this year. I still need to get it installed. I'm tired of the hose real carts, having to roll them around and wind them back up manually after I'm done.
Same here I always just leave my hoses out in the yard all season bc it's too much work to put them away. The retractable reels are soooo much easier!!!
I just love how it makes the area look so neat without having the house lying all over the place. I need that but mine would be in front of my home and it would look a little too much.
Maybe you could mount it lower to the ground so it won't be as visible😉. I mounted mine higher so that it would reach over my A/C unit but you could definitely install it lower.
