Hi Shun, thank you for another great one!!!! Question… what is the purpose of the plastic sheeting? Also, yes, please do a video on digitizing. Thank you sooooo very much!!!
Thank you for this video. I definitely have this material in my home already. I’m seeking to fill up all of the space on the hoop. For an example; making 2 patches on one hoop.
I definitely recommend filling up the space if you can. I can make 3 of these patches in this hoop (just did 1 for this video or the video would have been longer)
I actually pressed the adhesive onto it without any issues from the plastic and then pressed it onto a hat. No issues at all and it is adhered well to the hat.
I agree, loved the idea of using sheeting instead of Badge Master, which can be expensive. But it seems taking the plastic off the back first would give a better feel/result when putting on the Heat N Bond. . . .
Yes, please so us a video on digitizing. I am brand new and it would be great since I have the same machine. Awesome video, thanks again.
I'll be doing some digitizing videos.... this design and the embossed design
Thank you for the great video. Yes, I’d love to see how you digitized the patch.

The plastic sheeting is used so your patches will have a clean finish & eliminate trimming the patch down 😊
Thank you so much!!!
I want to learn how to digitize can you do a detailed tutorial pleaseeee
@@carolnieves-delgado8822 of course! 😊
🙋🏾♀️ I would like for you to do the whole steps as in digitizing please.
I definitely will do a live showing I digitized this design

@@AllThingsShun Thank you for your reply. I purchased it. Thanks for showing that hoop. I didn't realize I could use that hoop on my PE 800. ☺
Hello there, thanks for sharing your ideas. Where do you purchase your twill?
Hey there. I get it from Coleman. I have it linked in the description box 😊
I am new to embroidery, may you explain the purpose for the plastic?
It makes the cleanup of the patch easier
Yes please would love to see how. Love the video and videos.
Do you have to use the plastic sheeting? Could you have put the heat and bond on the patch twill?
I normally add the heat & bond at the very end
You have to take that plastic sheeting off the back before putting the heat n bond on. The whole patch wont bond well with the plastic.
I actually pressed the adhesive onto it without any issues from the plastic and then pressed it onto a hat. No issues at all and it is adhered well to the hat.

Could you do a detailed video on how to embroider a jet tag?
I definitely will.
Can you put iron on patch fabric on the plastic on the back?
@@naturesgateway yes, I add mine onto the majority of my patches
@@AllThingsShunthanks! I just watched the end again and I realize you did have that in the tutorial!
@@naturesgateway no worries. Let me know if you have any other questions
