Bro!!! This video was EVERYTHING!!!! Finally got to see the right way to do this. I appreciate you!!! Only said part was my hatch didn’t have that font and that is a cool font. Keep going and growing. God Bless!!
I'm Excited. I found your channel you've shown me so much. I am a beginner, and this video 1000% got me hooked on your channel. Thank you so much for all of your time...keep me posted 🎉🎉🎉
I literally just went step by step as you said using the same font, felt and software it turned out amazing!!! Thank you so much!!!! I have been having Hatch for years and this is the first time that I’ve been successful using it! I’m excited and thank for not gate keeping❤✊🏽
okay I'm like "why" did he unhook?!!? Then I got it, I see what you were gonna do, Genius, I never thought of doing this then do your next material with the placement/tackdown....ahhh I was doing it the hard way by using tear away + float the twill then take out of the machine to cut the around the takedown stitch and then put the frame back in and set the top satin stitching. This technique was way easier
Thanks for the video, I have this program. and have had it for years but thanks for showing me how to use the different buttons. I will be following you. I love patches and don't know how to make them. thanks for the video
Great instruction. Especially since I use Hatch also. I've watched many videos. Great job. I can easily follow. Also thanks for explaining satin and tachome.
What do you use to adhere the patches to hats? I have been trying so many things and nothing is sticking them correctly.. please help.. ps I subscribed and liked. Thank you for sharing this it definetly helped me out
Great video!! Been following you for a while! Straight to the point and very professional. Thank you! I want to get hatch and I will if you continue to make videoed..❤️. Thank you!
Nice tutorial! It just happened to pop up in my feed... I'm really liking your 2 hoop process. I'm using pre-designed files, but can manipulate the steps to follow this. Question, the description shows Badgemaster, which I have, but you used plastic. Any reason why since your removing it anyway and the Badgmaster is water soluble? Just wondering... Your finished patch was 💯🎯🔥
Badge master the few times I've used it would rip before the satin stitch is complete. Thie 3mil plastic holds up better with the density I have set for the satin stitch
This was very informative and your patch came out beautifully! I like the idea of using felt instead of twill, which is what I have been using. One thing though, basting is pronounced bay sting, not bass sting. Thanks for the video! 😀
This video is very informative, I have been embroidering for a short time, thanks to your video, ready to dive in patches. What’s the hype about this Polypatch fabric? what fabric do you use? I want to make 13x16 patches for Varsity Jackets, that are too heavy for my Ricoma MT 1501. I messed up two Jackets already because it kept getting stuck on the sides of the embroidery machine. Trust me, real cowhide leather sleeves & 100 percent Wool, is heavy. Keep posting informative videos, I will continue watching, thanks. I would like to see what you use to adhere to merch.
YOURE THE FRIGGIN MAN!!! Quick Q though - what was the point of the red fabric you put on the 1st fabric and cut away? was that just to give the red background on the patch? If so, couldn't you have just added it on top of the cut away directly. Thanks!
I really appreciate your step-by-step process. New to embroidery. Can I follower alone with you using Embrillance free version software? I haven't decided yet, and I have been watching videos by Hatch John Deer. Thank you.
At this moment I don’t but my next live video will be on patches it real be a members only video if you have questions and want a small learning experience
The white is the plastic. When I changed a setting it changed the density of the satin stitch back to .16 inches. But I have used black tear away also.

Thank you watching and supporting I appreciate it 🙏🏿

Both!
do you sell your patches on Etsy without adding the heat and bond to the back? Great video!!!!
Yes I do I send the heat n bond with the patch but I don't put it on the patch just incase you want to sew it are glue it on.
I enjoy your tutorials. Keep teaching us.
Definitely won't be stopping
Did you use two pieces of felt?
@@chaniese21 no just one
Was it the red one? If so, what type of fabric was the black one?
@chaniese21 the black fabric is cotton twill
Great job!
Great video! What machine do you use?
I use the HappyJapan 12 needle voyager
Great video
Glad you enjoyed it
I really appreciate your step-by-step process. New to embroidery. Can I follower alone with you using Embrillance free version software? I haven't decided yet, and I have been watching videos by Hatch John Deer. Thank you.
Embrillance is different from hatch but if you know the tools well you should be able to follow along. thanks for stopping by
What hatch software did you use? I’m an embrilliance girl but these seemed too easy.
Hatch 3
Won’t let me add a link
Home depot HDX 4mil is really good for patches!
thank you for your knowledge, is Hatch the only software you work with
For right now yes
Nice video.
Thanks!
Thanks 🙏
You’re welcome 😊
Hi, thank you for sharing. Your second hooping was it tear away stabiliser and the plastic?
Yes it was tear away
@@canvasappareljamel4471thank you so much.
Will this method work for a single needle machine?
Yes it will
What's the need for plastic?
What program are you using?
I’m using Hatch embroidery digitizer
What package do you have. I am new.
What do you mean by package? I'm not understanding sorry
Good evening. My name is Wendy. Do you coach someone on one on one for patches
At this moment I don’t but my next live video will be on patches it real be a members only video if you have questions and want a small learning experience
Just an idea try black stabilizer you won’t have any hint of white whatsoever. It’s what I use.
The white is the plastic. When I changed a setting it changed the density of the satin stitch back to .16 inches. But I have used black tear away also.
Do you have a link for that gray mat you use?
