okay I'm like "why" did he unhook?!!? Then I got it, I see what you were gonna do, Genius, I never thought of doing this then do your next material with the placement/tackdown....ahhh I was doing it the hard way by using tear away + float the twill then take out of the machine to cut the around the takedown stitch and then put the frame back in and set the top satin stitching. This technique was way easier

Great video and your patch looks amazing! Appreciate the safety tip about the spray adhesive - you probably already know but please make sure you have ventilation/protection for the blowtorch and heat gun parts (especially if you make a lot of patches) Again really appreciate the video!

I have watched this video 4 or 5 times trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. 😢 I am very new to embroidery and thought this project looked easy enough. I use Hatch 3, I have the same everything (except I have a Ricoma 15 needle machine) used in the video. Just can’t figure it out. It stitches out beautifully on my computer screen but not when I attempt to actually make it. I know it must be the push pull compensation which is something I don’t understand. Frustrating 😢
