    我係外賣仔黎,呢間mr beast 柴灣店係益高工業大廈(直頭係MM office隔黎嗰棟🤣),成個工場得一個uncle煮野,外賣平台上仲有幾間餐廳都係用呢個工場地址出餐

      So? In the first lock down... Deliveroo also was used by some random "one man band woman"... with a tiny tiny small small stove wor... Cooking from a random room... and then selling for like 2-3 x times the price that you would find in restaurants. So ????... This is how you make money wor. Margin mah !!! Pop-up kitchen. Po-up margin mah! Turnaround 10 days and you can buy a flat lah !!! Why not, right ?!!?! Technology lor. Opportunities everywhere !!! At least they are using this.. and cooking it like for the second time only, and not the THIRD Time wor... In the UK... many "chinese professional chefs".. They cook it like for the THIRD time... to heat it up... (even poisoning the locals)... and the 80s and the 90s.. people. STILL BUY IT. And DO NOT WRITE A COMPLAINT LETTER ONLINE. So..... Why should you guys complain in HK wor ???..... They still give you the money as well.

      麥當勞理論上個包即使整多咗放係度其實都唔會凍,人地design好咗係專門有部機長期吹熱風去keep住個包溫度....我反而好想知道佢點樣做到個包送出黎係雪櫃咁凍,除非佢真係事先整好放入雪櫃?咁神奇?

      45蚊雲端廚房成本,賣90蚊UP,跟手美國有3000萬被人水左落搭,呢度都賺超過13億港紙,跟著同一套手法再賣去全球(例如今日香港),嘩,賺到笑。
      成單野好有啲層壓式推銷/網紅帶貨既味道,根本就係搵傻仔(水魚)。

    其實叫外賣通常用foodpanda 因為deliveroo比餐廳30分鐘做張單但panda只有15分鐘,
    可能係擺太耐凍曬, 我上次食係幾好食, 而且仲有汁

    睇返佢呢張order(3個漢堡加小食汽水),呢個情況其實係設備上同人手上唔到呢張單所需要既爆炸力,炸物小食上一定要前後分開整(maybe 3-5次)因為雪端廚房唔會有大型連鎖店所用大小既炸爐。加上呢間野仲有其他品牌既單要同時處理。原因我估大致都係咁,所以搞到連d Burger bun既表面都濃哂,其他野食都凍哂。不過咩原因都好,連放到落口都唔得就真係。。。下次同客人溝通一下會好d(希望有人手打到電話xD)

    其實同加盟店好相似, 有趣既係唔駛有統一既實體鋪, 令到個門檻低好多,但係最大既問題係QC。係美國實體加盟店都已經質素參差,就例如老麥, 其實美國好多老麥加盟店都係管理好差, 真心覺得食香港老麥仲好食。我估虛擬加盟店應該無可能做得好QC。

    令我諗起當年洪瑞珍,有個女同學仲話雪凍咗特別好食,店舖本身質素固然係問題,但食客質素本身差都好大影響,太多人食嘅唔係味道而係人氣同打卡威威....

    唔知堂食係咪都係咁差呢
    其實都見過有其他外國RUclipsr 讚,不過咁嘅經營模式質素好難控制得好,香港賣咁貴都冇人會中伏吧🙈點都好,有睇開MrBeast 都知佢唔只係一個派錢玩Gimmick 嘅KOL咁簡單,希望有機會見到更立體嘅人物介紹😆

    呢種現象有啲似八九十年代嗰種一味注重包裝、宣傳,搞噱頭嘅經營手法,而改良自家產品質素嘅本分往往被忽略,然後相繼被消費者唾棄

    雲端廚房很難成功,因為不同分店的味道會有很大差距。廚師不一定有經驗做好一個包。

      香港嗌外賣風氣不及內地或台灣,搞雲端廚房,只能通過foodpanda或deliveroo兩個外賣平台做生意,呢啲外賣平台只能幫補餐廳嘅一點收入,唔可以當主要收入,主要收入還是要靠街客

      Cloud-base kitchen is not hard to do. Cos it has been done before.. but these kind of nonsense... style.. of not hiring an actual team, or a company... who runs a multi-million dollar company with like 10 people ?! In the past.. you would have 50 people. All have at least, MINIMUM... 10 to 20 years behind them !!!!
      WELL DONE MILLENNIAL FOR DESTROYING THE WORLD AND THE GLOBE. AND NOT TO EVEN TAKE CARE OF ANY COOKING SKILLS. DAMN YOU ALL. I hope you guys are poisoned.

You cannot have both an actual so called "marketing" and also accounting... This is absolutely BS !!!!.... This is why people are now poor ? Nobody uses this kind of digital TV screen sales.. that takes in around a small commission... So basically, people are paying for a lot of money, for very little use of the item. So this is nonsense to begin with? Half of the people who are hired by these assholes.. aren't even legally savvy... and they will just kowtow the sh!t out of these companies and organisation.. without accepting that they are breaking local laws !!! BS. I hope they go to jail. SOON.

    事實證明,網紅跨行,尤其是跨食品與餐飲服務,都只是吃其名氣,實際都沒多好吃!
    例如台灣某妹開的手搖飲,跟某老大開的手搖飲,評價都不怎高,尤其後者爆出一堆問題,真是把自己的名氣都賠進去了!
    另外那香港區負責人說的是瞎話嗎?要顧客留言讓餐廳知道如何改善,但請問熟食要求溫熱不是基本要求嗎?哪來熟食會冷吱吱的?還需要顧客提醒嗎?難不成還要顧客自己加熱?那乾脆買超商的微波食品或漢堡就好,還不用等那麼久。那位香港區負責人說的都是推諉之詞,一個好品牌會在顧客提出問題前,就先考慮到可能的問題而加以避免,一個不錯的品牌會在顧客提出問題時,給予適切的回應並及時改善,一個差勁的品牌,會在顧客提出問題時,用各種鬼話來搪塞,該負責人就是第三種情況,簡而言之,瞎爆了!

    果位主廚講既野根本就係一個字:瀨.
    份menu唔係第一日到手, 所做既食物無論係即整又好, 砌定都好...
    你都知要點做, 甚或係試做過...大約要幾多時間做出黎一定知.
    係絕對無可能話張order大就令部份食物凍...
    你係廚黎嫁ma, 理應係識得邊樣製作時間耐整先, 邊樣快整後...盡量係差唔多時間出到貨.
    你仲要係做外賣既, 一定要預件食物需要時間先到客手...點都唔會又乾又硬囉...堂食就另計啦
    根本一係香港呢邊減成本請D唔知咩人黎做, 一係就班廚房唔夠經驗...

      Not all apps are the same. Some are marketing apps.. and does not deliver. Some are banking apps.. and can transact. Some are actual CRM and connects to the restaurant. So many people are copycats... The marketing app people... literally are not the same as the CRM type restaurant setups.. And they just "copy"... So this is why some people will say "no, this is not my problem. I just sell you this." But they don't know that, they did not sell them an item. They sold them INFORMATION. That is all it is. Sold information..... lol..... I cannot believe this happens.. but this is what happens.

      Selling burger =/= selling information. But both are APPS. So why not, right ? Nobody is kicking up a fuss about this. And nobody is complaining. Who gets those money... they are rich.. and who would care any way? (Even though some people knows that the government monitors the banks. Or the banks monitors those transaction as well. But of course... lying is the best way....) Those people won't and don't care. At all.

    雜而不精可以好食得去邊,之所以高級餐廳甚至好多勁嘅廚師都會希望菜單係控制係一個範圍之內就係因為數量過多質量自然會下降。就連高級廚師都做唔到嘅嘢點解會有人expect一啲普通嘅廚師甚至係可能part-time可以做到
    嘢食個重點應該係食物本身,用經營網紅嗰種形式來做餐飲嘅下場一定係失敗。案例喺中國有一堆。

      咁即係呢個方法係唔得架啦,因share kitchen既概念係餐廳用剩餘出黎既資源做餐,即唔算係主餐,講得難聽點,即係有件垃圾野食出黎搵個名人去賣,講真,一兩次可能係可以既,但係推黎玩。

    MM呢集有意思,原來MrBeast登陸左香港. 美國可以採用雲端廚房賣快餐, 但香港除非賣主流香港食物(點心,燒味, 總之週街都有的), 做鬼佬野實出事. 唔係話照辦煮碗美國咁做你又一樣咁做. 仲要廚房分九種料理......大酒店主廚都未必勝任啦.
    另外, 漢堡中加薯條其實係比較cheap, 比較低成本的做法; 同burrito放薯條而唔係hash brown同樣道理. 美國點外賣送餐, 漢堡通常會用金屬保溫紙包, 因為等候時間長容易降溫; 太多需要改善....

    係台北用foodpanda見有優惠點過次,
    點完餐25分鐘後收到,
    所有野仲係熱辣辣、無野會硬,
    未至於特別好食但起碼對得住個價錢。
    我諗反而最大問題有機會出係外賣平台到,好多時野食整好又搵唔到人送擺係度好耐/終於搵到人送,但又要一次過送幾張單,呢個天氣整完出黎室內擺40/室外20分鐘,其實已經唔洗食。

      真係,做過餐飲都知,好多時野食擺到凍唔關餐廳事,餐廳都唔會特登整凍野俾客食倒自己米,但有時整完擺9個字先有人送,送得黎個客已經可以倒左佢。

    我之前無啦啦見到我樓下有間整pizza嘅有賣
    然後我就試下 貴到抽筋
    $166 Mrbeast style, standard fries, Drink
    我包我覺得ok 肉嘅份量好足 尚算多汁
    但係啲薯條係完完全全淋嘅 而且好細份勁多油極度難食
    所謂飲品就係一罐雀巢檸檬茶 咁嘅嘢要我$166
    我寧願去five guys
    -Cheese burger $70
    -Milk shake $55
    -Fries ~$40
    加埋$165 雖然都係好唔抵但絕對比mr beast嗰個好好多
