TBH I used to ride share with a guy who smoked.....I never touch the stuff but my car reeked of it.......He'd light up after we got off and before we drove home but it was the left overs on him that made my car stink.....
Only 4 minutes in and holy shit this guy did everything right when talking to the police from speaking respectfully, following commands, and acting calmly. Perfect example of how being pulled over should be......except for the massive bricks of cocaine of course lmao
He obviously was doing it right and respectfully hoping they wouldn't seek anything behind nothing, as getting stopped while commiting such a felony (e.g transporting drugs) gives criminals a huge fear. Some of these criminals will be able to keep a non-nervous (or more polite and neat than their real character is) composture, sometimes its difficult for them but they know what's on the line and they will do everything in their power to not give the cops a reason to escalate it anywhere beyond an ordinary traffic stop without searches, thorough checks of the person, or (temporary) detainment. This is also why sometimes the most unexpected shifts in behavior can happen, when someone realizes it might eventually not work out they can suddenly become violent or revert to felonious behavior, suddenly try to escape, etc. So cops have to remain aware and healthily suspicious even while talking to a perfect gentleman during a stop. So yeah, that can even be the only 'indicator' something isn't right, but it's not a real indicator so cops really can't assess everything to ensure safety and task success. This is how you can try to relate to cops and their regular need for split second decisions, they often have seen some shit and they are trained to expect and prepare for the unexpected. I am not from the US, so without negative personal experiences or bias i can be a clear judge (to constructively form my opinion) based on intellect, thoroughly following world events, and common sense. Many people would have it better if they tried to move themselves into the other perspective and how the other party (like cops) would assess and experience it, before judging situations that didn't turn out exactly right. I mean in general, not specifically this incident from the video. I am just pro-peace, anyone with negative hardline opinions that go against it all, should probably consider self-reflection as well. I am still not denying that police forces around the world will always have a couple of bad apples that misrepresent everything. And some things and problems in the US are certainly more complex.. there is also a lot wrong with the US.
He is absolutely correct. If you are on probation and are pulled over regardless of warning or citation; you must inform your probation officer. Especially if it is in the same county. They treat this as if it is criminal offense. But for God's sake, stop smoking weed in your car.
I guess he smokes weed so he will be calm enough to mule cocaine. idk maybe don't mule cocaine then you wouldn't need to smoke weed. So when you get pulled over, they run your license don't find anything then they cut you loose.
I bet there was not a single smell of weed on that car. Cops use that trick all the time. My cousin was driving a brand new car he just got. Still had paper plates and he literally was driving home. Nothing in the car and they said this shit to look for whatever they could find. Luckily the cops didn’t plant anything either.
@@ivermectin1974Yep. I’m convinced that the “I smell weed in the car” excuse is kept in the books specifically to force probable cause to search. It’s total bs! If someone is going to drive with a quantity of drugs in a car - it would make sense to be certain the car is fully legal. Have a valid license & insurance & registration. Be certain all your lights work. No loud exhaust. No illegal tint, etc. Don't speed. Use blinkers. Stop properly al all stop signs. Careful lane changes. No tailgating. Perfect, respectful driving. No loud music. No marijuana odors or shake in the car or your person. No drug paraphernalia. I'd even wash the car 1st. Don't wear a hoodie. Dress neatly. Dats what i said
Just shut up
Only 4 minutes in and holy shit this guy did everything right when talking to the police from speaking respectfully, following commands, and acting calmly.
