I'm a mess and need serious help..... I watched Dr. Latham yesterday on a pod cast and I resonated with the information......I would love the cacao/coconut water recipe. And do have a question: I am unable to buy fresh coconuts, is the coconut water sold in containers any good?

We just not all live in the SUN and the fresh foods we get are not at all what they are in your country 😏. Even bio is not a really excellent quality anymore. Some times looks even worth. I tried eating only fruits and vegetables, hmmm...keeping me constantly cold, starving and nerveous.specially in winter, esting raw, my body feels stiff 😏 Fruite suggar makes me want to eat more and more cause the proteine is missing which would satisfy my stomache. At the same time, prices climed up in utopic ways. Still I try my best. However, I have not used any conventual medication for 20 years now, and also make a big bow around doctors 😆. Hi:) , start small and with what you have. What is available (geograpgical, financially) for you? You could start with drinking water in the morning right after rising. Then a fruity breakfast some apples, raw or mash them manually or in a blender, as a puree or juice, any type of fruit you like and how you like it. Later maybe sth more filling oatmeal with fruit on top. Lunch a big salad and dinner pasta with homemade tomato sauce (or bought) .keep fat and salt a little low. Cut dairy, meat, coffee and alcohol if you consume it and if you can. Dont stress. Slowly youcan incorporate more raw foods or switch up veggies and fruits.
It is good to eat natural God created foods, but if we don't have Jesus in our heart, the one who created it all, then eternity will be lost where the perfect food is for the healing of the nations is located and our spirit will go to a place where there isn't even a drop of water or even light..
