The flower was a Nastu and I learned what a cashew apple is. Thank you Dr. Aris. I've been eating more star fruit, papaya, mamay, berries and kiwi and I notice the difference in energy and weight lose. I no longer make smoothies I just cut the fruits into cubes and it right out if the bowl. I even have been eating avocado on sprouted toast with a boiled egg on top for breakfast. from where i am from Ginger is never combined with fruits, ginger is only combined with water and must be heated. Also, we don't consume ginger raw, as a matter of fact we don't consume any root raw, because they are heavy burdened with starch, you either find a way to process it and reduce the starch content or you consume it boiled or heated with water.
