I'm glad you mentioned herbs. I've never seen him mention herbs in any of his videos. I was curious as to if he even used them. Did he had them to his meals as well or were they just for tea

Wow! Was it sweet at all and did you crunch the seeds? I’ve never seen the cacao plant and was told that the seeds needed heavy processing because they were toxic in the raw stage.
Yeeesssss...I did it. I had to improvise with the cacaó but I used Peruvian vegan choc coins. And instead of nutmeg I used FRESHLY ground star anise and cinnamon! My favs for hot coco. Oh, no bannanas...too sweet and I think would distort the pure cacao flav. I only warmed up the coco coins to assist dilution into the milk. but wow! Delicious recipe. Thank you Baba LaTham! Bless up the Islands! AfroLatinos we rock!
instead of vanilla extract try rum extract. rum extract enhances the taste of chocolate in a chocolate milkshake 5 fold. try it you will like it so much.
