Wow; I've owned a trucking company for years I've never heard of Non-CDL hotshot trucking. Thank you for sharing.
today my first day watching your vid keep up the grind me and my brother trying to get into hotshot also we stay in Austin tx we been on youtube looking for video tow pig and other hotshot keep popping out but for some reason, your videos are way simple and you from texas gotta support

Thank you man I appreciate the support 💪🏽💯
Bro, I appreciate your vids. Most genuine and real hot shot videos I’ve seen without all the extra entertainment. I really hope you prosper and reach your goals.
Thank you man I appreciated. That’s really humbling to hear. 🙏🏽
I think for start in the business is better start with one company. I start with my own company bro and is not easy job, many papers, wait to much time. Good work bro 💪💪🔥.
Yeah bro I hear that a lot but ill be there one day. Just getting that experience right now 🔥🙏🏽💯
very informative video Brother God bless and Good health always to you and your Family
Thank you my brotha! Same to you and the family! Appreciate your support!
Wow, I was shocked at the 30%. That seems a bit excessive to cut into your net profit... but then realized that if you were Owner Operator that amount would probably be your insurance payment... Thank you for the breakdown and the transparency. There are a lot of people on here that throw numbers around but your breakdown is really informative. I'm watching all your videos and it's really helping me make a decision about getting into this industry after being laid off for 7 months... Thank you so much and keep up the great work!!!
I’m glad some ppl are understanding it more and more. You have to sacrifice something for a bit going this route 💯🫡
Hey man love your videos!!!
Glad to hear it!
@@HotshotMacc
Good morning Mac with your setup how much weight can you haul ???
Hey men when you have time can you put what company you work i have a lot interest in start doing hotshot and i think the company that you work is very good and also i don’t have any experience also thank keep doing what you doing very good i very good information 👍
Thanks you bro! I’m with Hotshot107.com and yes they’ve been good to me so far!
I love that shirt 💪
Thanks! Maybe we can partner, getting a lot of CDL schools questions ☺️
Sounds like a lot. I wait for the next one to be sure.
Yeah It might be but with everything included it’s not too bad for leasing on.
Good job and the way you went is a good way to start especially when you haven't had experience and from a business sense doing your break down costs is good keep up the good work when you get more experience at it then you can start playing the game for extra money or i will do it even if its a low rate then say look after me when something good comes along doin a nice way and be positive and do a good job get along with the dispatch team and as i say play the game thats what i did when i was trucking for a company after a while they look after me because i didn't complain i just got stuck into it safe travels and good luck on your adventures
Thanks you bro! That’s definitely the plan man! Appreciate the advice and your support!
Good stuff
Thanks bro
Check out PD diesel power.. has a fleet of cummins and first thing he does is delete the disastrous DEF/DPF
Haha I need to check them out for sure!!
Hey man great content. Great info! Been watching your videos for some weeks now. May I ask, what company did you lease on with? I’m looking to start like yesteryear!
I was with hotshot107. Thank you for the feedback 💪🏽💯
Hi. U mentioned you keep personal insurance ok your truck since the company you're leased on with will carry the commercial insurance? What type of limits does one need just for the personal side to keep costs down?
Really helpful information you give out ! I’m from Texas also and trying to get into non cdl hot shotting ! Could I call you and ask you a couple questions ?
Glad it’s helpful bro! I’m meeting a lot of guys from Texas lol its a great place for freight. But send me an email or dm on IG and we’ll take it from there brotha!
We lease on owner operators. It benefits both parties. Can get you rolling quick and everyone will work with you from the jump
I’m rolling pretty good right now. Thanks.
Hello I'm looking to lease on authority can someone help me with information to go by doing this?
Hi there!! Great information!!! Thank you for sharing! What is the company’s name that you use for leasing? Thank you for your help!
Thanks for the feedback! I’m with hotshot107.com
I'm looking to lease on as a non CDL hotshot for the first 6 months, mostly because for the dispatching and factoring. Wondering what company you were under because a lot of companies won't do kon CDL. Love your videos. 🙏
I was leased on with hotshot107
@@HotshotMacc thank you. Wondering when we are going to see your new truck? Did you get your CDL?
if i leased onto a company do they cover the insurance or do I?
What insurance company work best for you
You didn't mention any of the other companies that you tried to "Lease" with can you help us with that or how did you research the companies that accept hotshot lease.
What’s another way that I can get in contact with you? I’m in the Houston area as well and have been thinking about doing hot shot.seeing your videos makes me want to do it even more now
That’s awesome to hear bro! Send me an email or dm on IG. I’m catching up on replying 🙏🏽
Im doing some research for a project. What are some of the biggest operational headaches you guys deal with daily? Ive heard BOL generation, and sending invoices is a headache.
Yeah man lookin forward to the next video as always!! Why did they make you go to their place for orientation? Just curious about the process
Dropping Wednesday bro 😎 but since that is where the trucking company that I’m leased under is located, I had to go to them to finalize paperwork, do an inspection and get my decals.
Great video! Who are you leased on too?
Thanks! Hotshot107
Hey Tim what do I need to take CDL A license
Hey Macc.... what area are you out of...? I’m getting ready to try and start my own thing to. Any info on who I could contact to get leased onto. Thanks man keep the videos coming.
What up bro! I’m out of Houston. Hit up hotshot107.com and google different companies to lease on to and make your decision based on what fits your needs and circumstances 💯
@@HotshotMacc I will definitely email you this afternoon and give you my contact info.
@@HotshotMacchotshot107 is what you use ?
30% may sound like a lot, but try getting loads without an MC, or new MC! Leasing on to let your authority age is worth it.
Finally someone that understands the process. And by the time you pay insurance, do compliance, dispatch etc you damn near at 30% in costs.
How do I lease my personal truck onto my authority?
I know you wife speak Spanish I just want to know you recommendations to star in the business I just got the truck and I look for the trailer non cdl
I need apply with u guys
Do they pay you weekly or when the loads drop?
When you talk about load pay in your videos and rate per mile is that before or after the 30% the company takes?
If its not a breakdown video then its before the 30% bc not everyone will be leased on at my percentage
When leased on with a company. Do they just give u work all week and u have to take it? Or do u tell them to find u more for however much u want to work and they line u up with that. Wasn’t sure how that part worked. It is nice that they cover your insurance so I will prob go that route as well until get the feel for things before go out on my own.
Depending on the company you lease on with, you may have the option to decline a load. Some may be forced dispatch which I don’t recommend
What’s the name of the company you deal with?
What's the company u with that lease and work I'm interested in getting in the line of work
This company was hotshot107
Who or how do you find some to lease on to ? I'm in Kansas! Just starting out!
You got a hotshot?
im starting up in the hotshot world and wanted too know how do you search for companies too get leased on too
At the time I searched google and indeed bro!
Really thinking about rolling the dice and starting. Is it hard to lease on as an owner operator with very limited experience?
Not at all bro! good luck to you
Man I’m in the same boat . I see it’s been a month since this post . Did you take the plunge
Yo, it's sounds reasonable deal so it looks to me the insurance, authority and factoring is included in the 30 persontage. If you covered insurance thru the comp thou, why do you need a personal insurance? I guess company only covering the frieghts insurance.
Can you pls link the comp website if possible... Thanks
What’s good bro! Yeah man, the company only cover the freight and cargo insurance + liability. Ive got personal insurance for my truck in case of things like collision and comprehensive. Once I talk to the company I will list the company name in the description. Send me a dm on IG.
Did macc ever send u company name?
When are your pay periods? I’m currently leased on with a company and every time it’s time for me to get paid I literally have to asked about my money. I’m really thinking about quitting
I got paid every week on Friday. I would not stay with that company. Sounds like they don’t have their business together.
You said insurance is included but then you said your paying your own truck and trailer insurance. What insurance do they pay for then? And how much is your truck insurance?
They covered the liability and cargo coverage requirements and I paid for my own physical damage insurance.
Im about to get started hot shot but I feel Im been asked for money I’m not sure where is going. I have a lot of questions?
Is this how much money you put out to get started?
Everyone’s start-up cost will vary depending on type of equipment, CDL or nonCDL and financial situation. You definitely should know where your money is going prior to making any purchase. Create a business plan.
Hi been watching your videos for awhile but wanna do box trucks. do you know any companies that I can lease on to ? Thanks i really appreciate it
Hi, Thanks for watching and supporting the channel! A lease on company for box trucks? I currently don't. Sorry
But the company I was leased on for hotshot trucking was hotshot107
Bro can you tell us what are the specs on you Ram 2500?
I’m gonna a do a video on that bro. Gotta research the truck lol
Hey I’m getting into the company u we’re lease on I want find out your experience wit them
I have a ton of videos showing my experience with them. My experience was great. But I can only speak for myself.
If you get your own authority you still have to pay someone to find you loads right?
That’s all up to you if you do or don’t want to dispatch yourself.
With driving for a company do you control the days and hours you work and load selection?
To a certain extent. Lease on companies have different requirements. Some will force dispatch while some won’t. Some require you to be out for a weeks at a time, it just depends on the company requirements.
Hey Macc I live in the outskirts of ATL do you know any leasing companies in ATL?
Not at the moment... You can search in Indeed.com
Hey men good talk about the business,I getting info to get in that business, can we talk about it directly?
Thanks! And yes, I offer consultations for that. You can visit our website www.macctransportandlogistics.com for more info.
You said the company pays for insurance but them you said you pay for insurance. What kinda policy do you have to have that you are taking care of?
I only pay for my comprehensive and collision. The company pays for liability and cargo insurance.
Will a suspended driving liscense 3 years ago be hard for me to lease on with someone?
It might be, it just depends on the company
How do you have personal ins for a commercial use truck.
It’s consider BOB tail since that truck can be use for personal purposes. So I had two policies personal and commercial. It’s a grey area
Can you find out if they work with box trucks
Ill find out if they do.
Any lease on companies for cargo vans that cover the insurance?even if it's paid weekly.i rather that than putting a 4500dollar down payment on insurance
I’m not too sure about that lane bro.
You have to do ELD logs as a non Cdl driver?
Yes you do
Are you a non cdl hotshot driver
Tim do you need a class b lic
No sir not at all
What about fuel? Do you have to pay for it or does the company?
Owner ops pay for their own fuel. Company driver may not.
Do you have your own dot and Mc or company covers that?
When leased on you don’t necessarily need your own authority
Know anyone/companies that allow non-cdl car haulers to lease on. I have the 2019 RAM dually and buckeye trailer. Thanks
I’m not sure of any companies that lease on car haulers. Sorry about that bro
@@HotshotMacc thanks bro. My insurance dropped, my driver swiped parked cars twice in a short period. Any advice on how to get back on? I'm going to do the driving this time. I also have land to use as collateral to get back on. The truck and trailer are perfectly fine by the way. Thank you again
Is it “smarter” to buy a truck, or lease one through enterprise for .22 a mile?
It all depends on your business model...However don’t recommend leasing
@@HotshotMacc The Ford 350 dually I’m financing is going to run me around 1250 a month, for 60 but might be smarter to finance for 75 and come back to refinance it later on.
@@HotshotMacc Do you remember the paperwork you fill out to lease on to this company?
How much can you load on your trailer bro?
11,000 pounds
What company are you using g
This was with hotshot107
Do leave on companies get the runs for the driver

How long do you usually stay out for bro?
3-4 weeks at a time bro

Dude what Company ñame do you start? Im trying to find one
Im not sure what you mean bro
If I'm not mistaken he asking what company your work for?
Sorry dude i dont know whats wrong with my keyboard.
This company Im looking at is offering me a new truck and .27 cents a mile cost to lease the truck at a minimum of 5000 miles a month fee
is this a good deal for a dually 1ton ?
I have no idea bc I honestly don’t understand that deal.
We’re that next video broski, let’s see how it is 😂👍🏗
Wednesday bro 🙌🏽

Hotshot107
How do you pay no ins?

How do I get in contact with you ?
You can visit our website and book a consultation or 15 min free discovery call.
Do the company find you loads too?
Yes they dispatched me
What about taxes?
What about them? This is about my cost of being leased on
Who pays for fuel you or the company?
I paid for fuel. Owner Ops usually pay for their fuel
👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I'd like to do autos only. Anybody lease on for that?
Im not in that lane so I’m not sure of any
What company are you with?
I was with hotshot107
Shoot me an email. I want to find out how I can get started as well. I have a current Class A CDL and I’m centrally located smack dab between Houston, Austin, and San Antonio.
Whatt that’s doesn’t make sense
What doesn’t make sense?
Delete that thing. No more exhaust issues then lol.
Nah I’m good
Delete it bro, your EGR will kill your engine
Do you get drug tested for this company?
Yes! And random
What if you have your own authority.?

Hey man, i know this is an older video. But I'm going to start with the same company anything you suggest? Can you DM me? Thanks
