- "I will never buy an investment property in USA again." I've done my research about Africa, and Rwanda is suitable for my long-term vision in my airbnb investments.

Good to see black people from all over the world come back to their roots and help develop it.
Thank you
Can’t wait to start building in Bugasera
Build some architectural building
I see we lack that in Rwanda but we getting there soon
I also plan to build there
2 years ago I left Switzerland to start my construction company targeting high-end residential properties in Rwanda
People discouraged me, saying that "Rwandans don't have money to pay for nice things." 😢 1st year, we did $400k in revenue just doing renovations 😂
I LOVE GOOD NEWS. Skeptics are redundant
New subscribers here. From I started watching your videos, Rwanda looks more and more entiseing. You're doing wonders, full work, sir 👏 God bless
Much appreciated Elaine
As a Rwandan who lives in Atlanta, Georgia, I love to see my African American brothers and sisters move back to their roots, and please stop watching CNN because they don’t want our brothers to move back to Africa and build Africa with us.
Absolutely! They spread negativity so the multinational corporations can continue to steal the resources.
I completely agree that I will never buy an investment property in USA!!! Between taxes and laws protecting renters I will try elsewhere.
There's no winning anymore for the small investor in North America
Hi gentlemen! I am very happy for you both. Congratulations! This must be the same kind of dream that Martin Luther King dreamt of and you guys are living it! God bless you both! 🙏♥️🇯🇲🇨🇦🇱🇷🇷🇼
Thanks Margaret, let's hope so
Can't wait to finish building my apartment in Bugesera.
Nice

Real estate in Rwanda is a relevantly a safe and affordable industry to invest into. With the real estate boom going on in Kigali I will recommend diasporans to invest into an Hardware supply store, and if you have a logistics company bring it over into Rwanda. You can bring over some dump trucks and lease them out. Agriculture is another good investment particularly poultry farming and food processing & packaging. Also if you never run a restaurant in the US or the country you're coming from don't open a restaurant in Rwanda because just like what my brothers said running a restaurant is a tough business to operate anywhere. Another gold mine for a business would be low budget hotel motel style where a person can rent a room for a few hours.
Thanks for those valuable tips my friend, we do appreciate them
Land is getting expensive in Rwanda, the sooner you buy the better price you get
Still very affordable, especially for high earning diasporas in Europe, I met an Ethiopian Norwegian guy in Kigali who purchased 3 off plan apartments in Kigali, 4 houses and 1 acre close to the airport, he bought it all in matter of days. My cousin who's a lawyer assisted this Ethiopian from Europe with the title deed and some other stuff, and we had a dinner at Ubumwe
HeI told me that from a Northern European perspecive, land is almost free in Rwanda. So it depends who you ask, for some its expensive, for others its very very cheap
I'm hoping the building process is less stressful than in Jamaica where you have to micromanage the project from start to finish...
No he doesn't have to..Strict oversight from a reputable developer
YES...AFRICA FOR AFRICANS....
Since you’re in Rwanda, I can’t wait to meet you someday my brother. I love your work. May God continue to guide and uplift you to overcome odds no matter the shape or form.
Respect, quality of life is important
@@JamCan6322 Absolutely 💯

Thank you for this informative video. I'm considering starting an Airbnb in Kigali and would love to connect and learn from your experience.
@@agustephenogwo great move
Can I buy a residential land ,build on it and rent it out as Airbnb?
Your video came up in my suggestions this morning here in the British Virgin Islands, and I love it. Because I am looking to move to Africa, I am watching anything about building in Africa. Never looked at Rwanda before and I am loving what I am seeing. I have already watched several of your videos and loving them.
Many thanks. I appreciate you. I thought British Virgin Island was paradise. Why do you want to leave?
@@JamCan6322 The BVI is paradise, I love home, but I need financial FREEDOM. My WHY died 4 years ago, and now it the time to live for me.... and pursue some dreams, as I am not getting any younger.
@@nadinedesouza8496 I fully understand
I love the way you came back to Africa. Am in Canada too but in touch I get some money to start my own business, I shall come back to my homeland 🇷🇼 or elsewhere in Africa.
Do that, my friend. The quality of life in Rwanda is waaaay better than Canada

Absolutely! With a PLAN. Too many came without a plan
I am from the U.S. and I am currently 2 months into building a home in Kigali for an Airbnb/vacation home. I would love to connect to learn about your experience.

Could you please put the address for his airbnb. Thank you

I will come too ❤❤
The West is a lot more expensive and that's why Westerners move to South America, Africa and Asia
That's true
Rwanda is good for retirement
1 MILLION AFROS IN AMERICA TO AFRIKA ✊🏾
Amen the great Exodus
I would love to invest in real estate in Rwanda. However, I live in the states and Rwanda is so FAR, lol. It's like an 18 hour flight. I can't relocate, so I don't think it's feasible unless I can physically be in the country more often than once a year, lol.
Then invest your money in Haiti, it's near the States
Because you are TOO POOR, LOL.
Well you never know, one trip might invigorate you.
@@mosesmakumbi2428 Too politically unstable at the moment.
@@JamCan6322 I am planning a trip, so we'll see.
My friend are really comparing plumbing labor in Rawanda to the US. That is not a realistic example.
I believe he's giving comparative analysis to strengthen his argument of why he'd never buy another investment property in the US.
@@JamCan6322when similar wage comparisons are made between the US and Jamaica, no rationale is ever accepted for paying less for labor in Ja.

Costs of living is low to foreigners because they are living off money earned in the west. It's not the same for natives. If you keep talking about how inexpensive things are there you will get charged vistiors price in the future,
@@eileenwatt8283 understood
Hahahhhhh. No. Rwanda doesn't do that. Cost is the same to all
@@aliceuwera1 I see
🎉👍
Please I have a question. Can I buy a residential land, build on it and rent it out as an Airbnb? Thank you
Absolutely! That's the same thing Asar is doing. Check few videos back
Did you say this guy is a developer? If so I'd really like to know how to contact him for a conversation about developing a personal property.

MR Asar, make sure you save Uncle Sam tax.
House in Rwanda is failed business❌
Uzahomba byanze bikunze Airbnb mu Rwanda si business nzima kabisa competion iri high
Wamara kuba aba client wakenera kugurisha inzu ugasanga baraguha 1/2 yayo wayubakishije because muri Bank harimo cyamunara nyinshi za mazu meza sana kandi agura ubusa busa🤣
Can you translate that
They're already in the business they know how it works
@@JamCan6322 those are the people who hate Rwanda they always look for something bad to comment never mind about them brother keep it up
@@JamCan6322 He said real estate is a failed business in Rwanda, you will find that you are competing against ppl seriously indebted to the bank and willing to rent out their mansion for half of what you offer for a room. Honetly, Ill buy properties in the state, renovate and rent out while keeping the value. In any case, we really wish you great success. Land is cheap, contractors there for the most part are unhinged but at the end of the day, the math does not always math!
