It is very true what Mr Appiah is saying. When you look at Jewish,Indian and Chinese companies it is mostly run by family members. This is something Africans must learn and incorporate in their businesses.
But the problem here in Ghana is that if you include your family members, friends in your business they will be the first to steal from you till your business collapsed
Ghana have intelligence and dedicated people to help this country to grow. What the government should do is to give people like Mr Appiah the chance to help this country industrialized.
Truly educational and inspirational interview. This man is remarkable who is passing generational wealth. Thanks Debra again for great work. We are watching from Namibia 🇳🇦.
This is the mindset of advanced economies. USA, China, Europe and lately India have developed this mindset. They don't believe the government will solve their problems, they know that solving problems will enable them to amass riches beyond whatever handouts anyone can give them. We must face our challenges head on, let's not see them as just obstacles, we must position them as stepping stones. The system will frustrate us, but that is part of the learning process. Note that marijuana used to be an illicit drug in most western countries and states, but individuals and organisations took it upon themselves to solve this problem that used to be a nuisance that can still land you in jail or worse the death penalty in some countries, and are making money off of the recreational drug that the government had outlawed. Now my question is; is the business you are trying as difficult as legalising marijuana? And should you give up because some idiotic and narrow minded individuals in government are making your life harder?
This was very very inspiring to watch. Thanks for featuring this business. There are several of these men across the length and breadth of the country who are also doing an amazing job at production within the country. Let's get all these stories on board and keep encouraging ourselves to invest within our country Ghana.
This interview is very impactful! I love the positivity that radiates within this gentleman! This is the mentality that we need! Lots to learn from him and you Lady Denta!
He tried to immigrate to the USA, but was rejected. He was denied the chance to establish a life he had dreamed of. By Allah's will, he achieved exactly what he had dreamed of in his own country. Moreover, he employed locals, providing them with free housing and benefits. Africa needs more individuals like him.
These types of things people don't realize can make you rich. Everybody is trying to do the same thing. Producing cylinders, pens, lightbulbs, clothes hangers, trash bags etc can get you rich in Africa!
So what did he do to help the cassava farms? Did he re-establish it somewhere? If not then that is not good because food supply has been curtailed. Dentaa kindly ask him if he will reconsider doing that to help the economy. He is a Kwahuman just like me and one day l will do business with him. I am building some structures around his location.
thank you very much for your question. To know the level of gas in the cylinder at all times , you need to use the regulator that has a gas pressure reader which indicates the level of the gas at any point in time. These types of regulators are common in the market in various designs as well ( operations manager)
No doubt he has done well. But some of his utterances are just far too simple. Put it this way. Can he say that the friends he has in ghana are all in as equal position as him? I do not think so. I am in the usa and most of my friends in Ghana are financially in a BAD shape. Some are dead prematurely. Very few have made it. Less than 10%. Yes I agree we should stay and build Ghana. But some of us have nothing to look up to. You had the opportunity to attained O level. Some of us could not after elementary school (SYTO).
Thats the thing Ghanaians ignore. Invest in ghana this invest im ghana here but the mind set of the people will collapse your business..i know over 10 ppl who invested and later regretted
Men like this need to be interviewed regularly, he has a lot to share
He truly does. Please share the video

A question for Ghanaians. How to know the level of LPG in your Metal Cylinder b4 buying a new tank without any instruments?? Let us know???
