Thanks Jai, I'm origanally from Burundi but live in Vancouver, Canada. I was in Kigali back in October '21, and couldn't believe how the country has changed, the cleanliness, the weather, etc. I have friends and fam members there, and plan to invest there in the near future.

Been to Rwanda and traveling all over during my visit the end of the summer 2021.
Weather is the best! And the country is so gorgeous! Can’t believe Rwanda isn’t a popular vacation destination.
However, I think people should be aware of the limited English speaking people in Rwanda. Just trying to get around is hard because most motor bikes are taxis don’t really speak English or it’s limited.
Lastly, everywhere I went people where trying to overcharge me on any and everything which is sad.
Haven’t seen all your videos yet so you may have discussed some of the cons however it’s important people know the good as well as bad.

Great info! You answered the question that I really wanted to understand. And that was, is it possible for a foreigner that is not in business to purchase real estate for residential purposes that is larger than 300 meters? So from my understanding now it is and depends on the district rules and regulations and how much area they have already set up and put in the Gutura. I hope to be in Rwanda soon and hope to meet you in person. Thanks for your videos and good information.

The best thing to do is to reach out to K&L...I don't want to answer that question because while this video was done nearly a year ago... construction prices are rising because of outside forces right now. When you ask about shopping are you talking about malls or groceries. When you are asking about schools each school is different so what are trying to provide?

i dont...i really try to vet people I talk about and I personally havent had a construction build to start that research.
@@jaiessence Jai , check out ADHI Rwanda Corp . They are based in Gabon and Rwanda. They are building the Bwiza Riverside Estate . Also locally in Kigali , I saw on the news about this small company : FDG Africa . One can find them online and their videos
