This is much better and than what I have seen in Nigeria luxury homes, the space planning is better thought out, the back yard is beautiful. I haven't seen the front yard yet but I am sure is nice.

There are great things being done in Nigeria but their real estate in my opinion need much improvement, so if one is to see improvement one should compare to those that are doing better, we are all here to learn from one another.

To go to Park View, Abacha estate or Banana as top-draw or Asokoro...the arrangement and utilisation of space is still poor in comparison to this build in Rwanda or to builds in SA as a whole. I even get confused as per how they charge for property in Naija, how they decide on value driver beats me! Anywayssss wetin I know!

Beautiful home, although I do think that the downstairs space was too big and felt the owner didn't quite know what to do with it, with all these little seating areas, which I felt unnecessary in a home.... a bit like a hotel lobby. Other than that a very beautiful home, done to a very high finish.

Fantastic because for me the outdoor space is key to luxury living. It has an out door space unlike in nigeria where they would rather have a massive car port for packing many cars than have an outdoor space where there can be family hangouts.

Beautiful house, only failure is the setup in the master bedroom... Expected a beautiful spacious master after touring the house, but guess the master wasn't what we expected.... One poor plan is where the TV is mounted, guess TVs are supposed to be on the front... Anyway once I purchase the property will definitely re setup..... All in all it's a very very beautiful property!!!!!!
The house is nice but there is no flow to the home. It's almost like you take different parts from elsewhere and glue it together. It's almost like they try to do too much and forgot to give it some character. The other rooms are better then the master bedroom. I'm not really sure what they were going for with the master bedroom design.
This house is so big I got tired of watching at 17 minutes and had to take a break. Thank God house cleaning help is cheap in Africa, I was estimating how long it would take to do a saturday deep clean and even that got me tired lol
You have to have a full time maid strictly for cleaning or do a room a day. You can't think of doing a one day cleaning. Plus a gardner and a pool person part-time. Anyway this is a home to house a family so chores can be divided. But with this kind of home, you will really have to be rich.

But we didn't see how the house looks like from the outside or even the driveway. I also, wasn't too keen on the use of a fisheye lens the whole time. It distorts the rooms in a big way. All in all, the house looks really modern and beautifully well thought out. Just wished the bedroom had built in closets rather than wooden wardrobes.

The status of mansion really raised my expectations. However, in my opinion, there is not much character to the house, it gives a business vibe. The ceiling and floor are "blah" and I don't get the flow of the place. Definitely a good AirB&B option though.

|WHEN INSPIRATIONS GOES COPY PASTE| I wrote a whole book and had to delete for the sake of the people that fell in love with the space. So here is the thing, I was lost so much going on. The main floor felt like a hotel lobby, too many rooms that mirrored each other. lots of spaces that didn't really tell a story. unlimited bathrooms, small tvs in the room go big or go home. the kitchen was not a wow factor I almost wanted it to be shifted it was too narrow for the size. what's up with the 2 yards. A combination pool and jacuzzi would've been a great. The gym, knock two rooms and make a gym it was too small. the office was too big, the bar was minimal but yet cluttered. it was so plain the only memorable thing to me was the tree mural. The floor plan was completely off. when he said we don't have to go to the other bathroom that was a sign everything was a repetition. I want to go to every single room and say wow. There was no character, personality and the IT factor. I can tell you one thing a woman wasn't involved in designing this house. lets just call it a club house because this is someone that traveled, stayed in hotels and said here you go use my pictures and make magic happen. The only time I said wow was the tree mural and you had to travel to see it. It shoould've been on the main floor. Knock some walls down, open the space, add some colors and personality to the rooms and it will sell. This is a house for content creators not a home for a family. This was plain and needs great people to dress it up. I wanna stay in a hotel I don't want to live in one.
That painting of what I believe is the flamboyant tree i gorgeous, it’s my favorite thing about the house and should have occupied a more prominent place as you enter the house. In otherwords the entry design is not impressive.
The painting truly is amazing. The good thing about the spot where they hang it is that you can see it from a lot of places in the house, from the dining room and even the bar.
This is nice. However, I wouldn't want to live there knowing that a large portion of the population live way below standard. Something has to be done in order to equalize the entire country as much as possible

It is a gregarious and fabulous duplex nevertheless I would not purchase something like that ,, due to it is immense ,,, and is not gonna be easiest to clean it up perioddddddddddddd by the way how much does it cost ????
Master bedroom disappointing for real! Chairs are missing to watch TV or little reading area and the room is small for a master bedroom! All the other area are stunning except the master bedroom
They might as well call it a guest house,too many guest rooms. I guess it was built with renting in mind. The first floor should be the family/children rooms and turn the second floor to a master living area with a massive master bedroom and walking shower, a private wing, a penthouse like.... An office next to the living area upstairs is a no, no, you can't get any work done with kids/family watching telly there.Nice property otherwise, how much then? Thanks.

They might as well call it a guest house,too many guest rooms. I guess it was built with renting in mind. The first floor should be the family/children rooms and turn the second floor to a master living area with a massive master bedroom and walking shower, a private wing, a penthouse like.... An office next to the living area upstairs is a no, no, you can't get any work done with kids/family watching telly there.Nice property otherwise, how much then? Thanks.
