3 thin slices of Proschuto per portion
Greek Strained Yoghurt at least 8% fat
1 Cocumber (Medium Size)
1/4 Red Onion (Medium Size)
7gr Freshly Chopped Basil leaves
2tbl spoons of Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Watermelon & Feta Cheese:
500gr Watermelon cut in cubes
2 thick slices of Feta per portion
1 Cocumber (Medium Size)
1/4 Red Onion (Medium Size)
7gr Freshly Chopped Basil leaves + some extra for decoration
2tbl spoons of Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Mango & Shrimps:
500gr Mango cut in cubes
3 pieces Shrimps per Portion
Greek Strained Yoghurt at least 8% fat
1 Cocumber (Medium Size)
1/4 Red Onion (Medium Size)
1 thumb size piece of Ginger (sliced)
7gr Freshly Chopped Basil leaves + some extra for decoration
2tbl spoons of Olive Oil
