Somehow it was a crazy captivating 4 minutes. The music choice was perfect. Watching you tear down the set, really let me appreciate how well it was put together. You built a set that never pulled attention away from you, but somehow always looked good. The amount of lights, the combination of tools, and camera gear. I thought to myself, he did so well, I wish I could pay him to design my set. You've undone well.

Congrats on the new space! Good luck being a dad and having your studio inside your home! As a dad with 4 kids / Content Creator myself I made a similar move and I'm always using noise reduction tools to eliminate screaming children and furniture slamming from the background ( Good Luck 😂)
Heh... I am currently making the opposite move (from house studio to something outside), trying to work my shooting schedule around 4 kids' boisterous schedules has been too difficult 😅

@@ChaseTheSummit Yeah, definitely a 'darned if you do...' scenario. I hope to build out another room at my house for 'emergency recording studio' purposes, and if after a couple years of a lease is up, I find working from home to be preferable, we might be able to add on or something (we just don't have enough space in my house...).

Who knew a teardown time-lapse on a nerd-level tech channel could be so sentimental? I felt that. Looking forward to all the things to come in your new studio.
The combination of the timelapse and the music gave me the chills, kind of nostalgic watching you pack up your studio for the next adventure, reminds me of life, how we eventually move on to the experiences and it's time to "pack up".

What a crazy journey. I remember the last 'breaking down my old studio' video and thinking I cannot wait to see what comes next in the Undone journey. This video was heartfelt, memorable, and extremely enjoyable to watch. The timelapse at the end with the music was perfect for the vibe. My first reaction was "you just moved in this studio a year ago!" but it's already been 2,5 years. I remember when you moved in here, that was such a nice upgrade. I'm curious what your next setup will look like. Don't forget to do a signature Studio Tours of your own new studio! 😁😁
I felt every second of that timelapse... I had to tear down my (mostly still) photo studio a little more than a year ago and it was painful. I'm excited for you having a new space to rebuild in, I don't yet and don't know that I will, but that's OK. However I get that goodbyes aren't comfortable, and this post reminded me of the memories of the good and the pain of the bad, which is still OK.. I look forward to seeing the new space!

I've been fiddling with making a studio in my basement and thing I've been struggling most with is ceiling height for dome lights (it's finished). Everything feels much lower than it should be so I'm excited to see how you tackle some of that. :)

Bittersweet. I really enjoyed the videos of you setting up this studio so in one way I am excited to see you do that again in a new studio but I feel your sadness for the loss.

I use a 2,5 by 3 meter bedroom that always becomes messy with stuff and laundry that we cannot put anywhere else😂 always a challenge too film anything there 😅.
