Carolina reaper is a hybrid of ghost pepper it might be the hottest chilli but it's still man made. Ghost pepper still remains the hottest chilli that naturally grows
My wife’s grandfather can eat reapers like candy he has a steel plated stomach if he says something is hot you’d better stay away from it and my son is the same way

Definitely hot, but it was still actually edible to me, but I don’t think I’ve ever had it from an actual Indian restaurant before. Would probably be much hotter or so I assume (which is why I’ve never ordered it from one lol). There’s a really good Indian restaurant near me I used to go to where I ordered chili chicken and after the first two or three pieces my mouth was on fire and I could only think “Man, if their chili chicken is this spicy, I can only imagine how hot their vindaloo must be!”
