Actually using real peppers and not just trying to kill him with an excessive amount of pepper extract, thats a sign of an chef that's actually good at his job and knows what he's doing with his ingredients.
I know right, I bet it tastes amazing since they don’t use artificial flavoring. I bet I could handle it, I love spicy food. I actually tried the burger from Hell and it was amazing.
I hate extract honestly. I'm a pepper-head, and extract just takes away any real flavor you get from the peppers themselves. The habanero has a really nice, citrus quality behind all the heat for example; you don't get that with extract.
You can't die from spicy food people are overreacting.
Yes...throwing a bunch of chilli's in your ragu. Man that sure shows you're an amazing chef. you know, taking a dish, then adding a ton of peppers. That's some michelin star cooking right there. He sure is great at his job based on that sign alone.

Carolina reaper is a hybrid of ghost pepper it might be the hottest chilli but it's still man made. Ghost pepper still remains the hottest chilli that naturally grows
My wife’s grandfather can eat reapers like candy he has a steel plated stomach if he says something is hot you’d better stay away from it and my son is the same way

@Asherah 1147 I’m not surprised it does. I’ve had Trader Joe’s vindaloo a couple of times before. Definitely hot, but it was still actually edible to me, but I don’t think I’ve ever had it from an actual Indian restaurant before. Would probably be much hotter or so I assume (which is why I’ve never ordered it from one lol). There’s a really good Indian restaurant near me I used to go to where I ordered chili chicken and after the first two or three pieces my mouth was on fire and I could only think “Man, if their chili chicken is this spicy, I can only imagine how hot their vindaloo must be!”

I ate one once thinking once the burning goes away that’s it but even hours later I couldn’t sleep, I was sweating buckets and the next day I felt like I crapped lava, that was just one pepper, never underestimate that small pepper

I bit into an orange, fresh ghost pepper from my old friend, Daniels', garden, cause they dared me to. & My mouth was just..making copious amounts of saliva. I was salivating every where & my stomach felt like an empty tin garbage bin, & someone was just banging around on my insides, & punching my gut, haha. It hurt. Woo! Clam chowder!

I once made a ragu with two habaneros and 2 birds eye chillies. Delicious but spicy enough for me
