These are the good challenges. They actually use real flavour and heat, not just flavourless extract that anybody can do.

Dude, I really do miss this show with Adam hosting it!!!... I have spent many nights eating dinner and watching this show.... Also many nights watching reruns cuddled on the couch and eating leftovers... Always made a challenge out of whatever it was I was eating to kind of compete with Adam haha... He was the best host and personally for this by far... Actually Adam is the O.G. of this type of thing... seems like after he retired that’s when all the you tubers started to come out because there was a huge hole in that thriving market... would be awesome to see him come back!!! I would bet he would have even more success today if he did 👍👍

Been watching Adam for years, in all his different shows, and simple factors he has massive charisma and a great presentation style that he makes look SO easy! Love the guy.

I had them years ago, not really that hot for a pepper head. I have heard they made them spicier a few years ago.

i grew up near there and went all the time. cool place. adam is a champ for making those not look spicy because they definitely are.

This challenge is one of the hardest I have done. It isn't so much the spice, it is the horrible taste and the dryness of the fritters.
haha, I have been there. Took a wings challenge once and the wings were burnt from the spice, so they weren't good at all.
Maybe you got a bad batch. I did it and the fritters themselves were pretty good

Fun fact: Adam has admitted that this particular challenge gave him habanero poisoning. He sat in the restaurant toilet waiting to vomit, dump, or both.

Actually, the 5 minute rule on this seems rigged and here's why: deep-fried anything is always too hot for about 2 minutes but not chemical heat, thermal heat.

We cut jalapeños at work with a blender and those are brutal on the senses I can only imagine what a habanero pepper feels like
Always use gloves or wash your hands directly after handling habaneros. I used the restroom once after cutting some and my ballsack was on fire for the next 25 mins. Luckily nobody else was home so I ran them under the cold shower water the whole time. Idk what I woulda done if I couldn’t have. Lol

I tried this challenge, and i couldn't complete it. i only ate 2 but that was also like 12 years ago.

I think that was pretty simple for Adam.
If I see habaneros something on a menu I am inclined to order it 9/10. I say 9/10 because you never know when you're stomach might be having trouble. On most days though Habaneros are nothing. Also I have experienced habanero bur in my eyes like Adam here... no fun.
