I feel like out of all of his challenges, this one would be the easiest. I make myself 6-egg omelettes all the time and tackle them like nothing

This looks like a well adjusted challenge to me. If you can't finish with only two bites left, then the amount of ingredients seems just right.

Beth's Cafe is a Seattle treasure. In recent years it has closed, reopened, closed and reopened again. Mainly due to the pandemic lockdowns. It is an absolute favorite for my family and pre-pandemic we would go up once a month or so. Haven't been in awhile because you never know if it will be open or closed. And it used to be open 24 hours but since C19 the hours have changed several times and are only open a few hours a couple times a week. Wish they get their 💩straight!!
Within walking distance of me yet I never know if it’s open or closed lol

Not really, after each challenge he would puke it afterwards. Then would have to jump on the treadmill. After each one…. That’s why he quit after only 4 seasonal. Lost 70 lbs in the process.
I feel like for this to be a proper challenge, there should be more stuff in the omelette.
Finished this 3 times in my youth.
I’ve noticed a formula of there always being a wall or he “has trouble” towards the end. Statistically one of these should be easy for him one day.

Thats nothing I did a 40 egg with 12 slices of bacon 2 pounds of waffle fries and a gallon of cheese fondue .. Ate everything in 3 bites i have witnesses
