This episode of Chef's Night Out includes multiple burgers and fries, so we love it even more than usual. Seattle chef and restaurateur Josh Henderson shows us his favorite places in The Emerald City, from French Creole-inspired cuisine at Restaurant Roux to drunken (and high) burgers at Loretta's Northwesterner. Topped off with a late night snack of fries 'n' queso, this Seahawk-obsessed crew did not let us down.

This was absolutely hysterical. Everyone was a Seahawks player. This was the hardest I’ve laughed and cringed at the same time. 😂
Growing up in Seattle and watching the Seahawks suffer through decades of mediocrity and defeat, their blow out super bowl win was a truly cathartic experience. However that Seahawks chant they were doing in this video has got to go.
Truly the worst thing about the Seahawks is their color scheme. That neon green is awful.

tip for a meatier tasting burger patty... get a plastic container with lid (so you can seal it) fart into the container and then leave the beef patty to maranade with the fart gas. leave it for about 4 hours out of sunlight. fry it on a high heat to seal the meat and finish off in oven.

You know what's great about being stoned rather than being drunk? While you're stoned you are 90% functional, unless you ate like a shit ton of brownies, you can cook, clean, whatever. While you're drunk you're pretty much gone.

I had a mate who used to work in a cheese factory - "American" cheese (aka plastic cheese) is made of all the scraps and waste cheese that they sweep up off the production lines and generally have lying about. Then they cook it up and do what Mr Numbers up there describes...so essentially it's congealed waste cheese sauce.
