I listened to the song on spotify first while driving to uni. I cried. I didn't understand what he was singing about, but I cried. It was just so overwhelmingly beautiful. When I came home I watched the MV with subtitles and I cried even harder. RM portrays the thoughts and feelings of so many people in this song alone and I'm so proud of him to tell his story and how he felt inside over the last few years.
As a 2013 ARMY, I never thought that they would go from this mostly hip-hop/Rap focus group to a group that can do almost every genre and pay respect to each one. I'm absolutely so impressed and proud and happy with the growth and changes they have gone through to become who we know them as now and I can't wait for the future and where it we lead us!!!
And as a 2014 ARMY, I really do agree! My 2014 self would never have thought they could achieve this much feat. I really trust and believe in them.

2015 army here. As much as I already saw the potential I never expected this. During the hyyh eras you could a glimpse of something bigger already. A slight but very noticeable change happened with their music during that time. They’re so versatile it’s crazy, I had no idea about Korean music or about boygroups in general. I was never that person that was a huge fan of any certain artist. Disliked the thought of people screaming at concerts or trying to be up to date about that artist. But what bts was totally sucked me in. I knew I won’t get disappointed so I stayed. I basically grew up with bts from teenage years to becoming an adult. I changed as a person too and I could see that happening with them too. Not saying I know all about them but it’s noticeable. They’re growing up even more. I decided to stay bc they’re so admirable. They sweetened my life. Namjoon being so genuine and somehow even simple but thoughtful is what I love about him. This album is so good. The vibes are astronomical. They’re the first men after my father where I was confident about that I love them. Basically my first fresh love. Cannot wait to see how we all grow up.

While their earlier eras showcased how much they are passionate with music (Songs like We On, We are bulletproof Pt 2, Cyphers, and Intros), hyyh was the foundation and essence of how great they are at storytelling, empathizing, comforting through music, and sending such deep life lessons through songs and creativity. It was just so wonderful. Truly, their name "Bulletproof Boy Scouts" meaning "to block out stereotypes, criticisms, and expectations that aim on adolescents like bullets" and as well as guiding and comforting the youth in our struggles of puberty and adulting is just delivered so well. No one will ever come close to their feat, whilst being very humble and real to their true selves (yknow, instead of being consumed by fame). There is only BTS and only them.
@@PeyloBeauty I also grew up with their songs ❤️ Im happy another ARMY feels the same. I was merely 11 years old when I met them in 2014, and now Im about to turn 20. I know and love their songs by heart. I think in every era of my life, there is a coinciding or correlating BTS song that exactly describes my feelings at that era. They truly are amazing. I would cry and sob if I ever meet them someday. They have walked with me throughout the pains of growing up, going through adolescent.

Yep, it does that to you, doesn't it? I was in tears reading the lyrics talking about how difficult it was in the beginning and how superficial it appears. Plus the idea that he feels they don't deserve the accolades that BTS receives. And Namjoon did an amazing job of delivering his thoughts in a gorgeous song. Plus the visuals...wow. I am sure this album will be on all the namjoon lists for 2023 MAMAs and MMAs.

It's beautiful and it's painful, the way good art is supposed to be. If I could frame this song and put it in a museum, I would. We gave him his dream, but his dream ate him alive, and now... What else is there but art? This song made me sad, but it also gave me an intense sense of euphoria. God, Namjoon is a master of his craft. Everything he touches turns to gold.

Namjoon is one of the most HUMAN human beings I have ever known. His struggles both internally and externally and how he analyzes, ponders and dissects everything produces these exquisite masterpieces. His music is art...poetic and colorful and painfully, beautifully HUMAN. I love him.

I am a 2013 army and I can tell you that I was absolutely not prepared for how amazingly beautiful this song was. I have listened to it so many times and I still cry every time.
I have seen this man grow into who he is today and I feel immensely proud of the progress he has gone through and what he has achieved. Namjoon has a unique way of tugging at your heart strings, of breaking your heart and piecing it back together, of making you feel like you aren't alone.
His creativity and passion for music gave us this masterpiece of an album that wraps around you like a warm hug and is comfort for those who need it. In all honesty, this album makes you wanna have a movie moment where you sit by the window during the rain and just listen to his voice soothe your soul.
Namjoon still has a long life ahead of him and I honestly can't wait to see what his brilliant, intelligent, mature mind comes up with next. I will still be here, patiently awaiting more from him for as long as he has the passion to create music.
(Also, Wild Flower needs to played at my funeral or else I will haunt each and every person on this Earth until everyone has heard this song. 🥺😤)

THE ALBUM IS AMAZING, I feel like I have been wrapped in a warm blanket. It is hard to pick a favourite track as they all fit together from start to finish like one big story. This is exactly why BTS and each member can stand alone in the industry. They are nice to have like a cherry on top but we don't NEED visuals, we don't NEED a concept, we don't NEED to see the clothes/hair/makeup, we don't NEED videos - WE HAVE THE MUSIC. It can stand alone.
