This book is Awesome! I love the Lean-To-Shed the most (page 98). The plan ruclips.net/user/postUgkxe9yi0sulKgsp0VJJCIrLWWkvVqcU7LFR is to attach it to the back of my brick house. I also like how they walk you through the many different steps of construction, which is important for the less experienced like me.
My husband and I are moving to Austin in March and I cannot wait to get established and possibly, one day start flipping houses like y'all!

Team hall bath!!!!
Agree!!!
I recently just got a house that is in horrible shape and I’m flipping it now. First home at 19. Wish me luck!
You can do it! Tag us in pics on Instagram
Wow. They did an incredible job. I’m amazed.
If I had the money and lived in that area I would buy in an New York minute!
Omg that house was flipped so beautifully
Hi my name is Ben and I am 9 and I have a question how do you start a house flipper
Business
I appreciate the extra work and special additions they made. I can't stand basic flips. I'd rather buy it as is and renovate it myself if it's just going to be the bare minimum improvements. Exactly what I ended up doing in my own home.
The little fence area in front is so cute
Right!? love that part
Agree
These girls nailed it. I hope they keep flipping and make that MONEY, HONEY!!
Woo hoo! Yes!
The Flipsters were very kind. I'm largely anti open shelving in a kitchen.
Wow - seriously one of the best flips I’ve ever seen. Absolutely gorgeous choices all the way through. Stellar! I wish that was my home! 🎉
This is such an adorable house. The master windows being uneven would be solved with curtains. No biggie. But they have great taste and an eye for design...and they made over $100k on the project. They should def do this full time.
That's exactly where my eyes went... to those windows 😝 but yes curtains should do the trick
they should but it's very expensive to do considering you would spend more than that to do the project
@@auxvia7403 No you/they wouldn’t. The “profit” made on flipping houses, furniture, or anything, really... is what they made *AFTER* accounting for & subtracting the total amount spent on buying and renovating the house. Their ALL-IN cost is what they SPENT in total on every aspect of the project-their literal “all-in cost”. Again, their “PROFIT” i the amount they made AFTER subtracting their total ALL-IN COST from the final sales price of the house (minus closing costs; if they weren’t already included in the all-in costs). :)
This is one of the best "flips" I've ever seen. They did an absolutely fabulous job.
We love what they did with this home!
I hope they didn’t blow the budget with the tile, but it looks ‘flipping’ amazing! (pun intended)
Thanks for all your support For us and our community, FF!
It bothers me so much that those windows don't match
The windows in the first master aren’t level with each other. That would drive me nuts.
Omg I thought the same
Same
Noticed this too
this really really bugged me lol
glad I'm not the only one. what an oversight
the reason i'm even watching this is because i'm only 14 and i wanna pursue that as my career! you guys are the best.
Love that! You can do it!
same im 15 tho😁
same im 16
Same 17

I have never clicked on a video so fast!
yesssss... !
Going to Cosmic Coffee now bye
Lol! Love that place for real
I absolutely HATE the floating shelves in a kitchen concept. I have waaaaaay too much functional dishes and glassware to ever have floating shelves functional and I just do not like all of my dishes exposed to guests. Might be someone else's cup of tea, but if I had gotten that house, I would have immediately reno'd the kitchen.
Open shelves are greasy dust magnets--yuck...
@gingermonette7455 especially when they were right by the stove
I can’t find a bank willing to give me a loan to fix the home I bought to remodel! Since it’s not my primary residence I can’t get a loan. It’s paid off btw just needs renovated.
They did an incredible job. Their taste level is impeccable.
Wow they did an amazing job! loved the material choices and the staging. And they made an awesome profit, great job ladies!
Pretty bath but i hate grey with bronze. Ones is warm one is cool I feel like it clash’s
14:08 Symmetry? Well, almost
I know! Totally noticed this and it would big me daily if I lived there. Could be balanced out with fudging the curtain placement.
Actually, if this goes out to the backyard then I would have even considered French doors.
I'm guessing the header was the issue here. To saw a half days worth of work they cut a major corner
This turned out absolutely beautiful! They did an excellent job choosing finishes that would appeal to most buyers! I have very specific taste and really don't like what most flippers choose. I could only find 3 very minor things I would have changed. 1- The powder room didn't need to be that large. It made the small size of the vanity look odd. 2- The windows and sills, of the old and new window, in the master bedroom where not exactly the same. 3- In the kitchen I would have either used different shelf brackets or not had open shelves in that back section. The brackets stood out too much. Having said that I would have bought this house and I refused to buy a flip in my area! The fact that they fixed the foundation instead of covering up the problem, like many do in my area, was impressive knowing how much needed to be done! Extending that tile wall in the large bathroom was genius and GORGEOUS!!! These ladies will definitely be successful and buyers will appreciate that they used quality finishes and went the little EXTRA!
The uneven windows in the master bedroom would slowly drive me to insanity
What is up with ALL THE BLINDING WHITE??? there are so many beautiful colors gosh white white white!!!!! I would have to wear sunglasses to come see your houses.
This flip is amazing , the ladies did an awesome job. They made the house modern but added uniqueness and so glad they added splashes of colour. They gave this house personality!
This turned out gorgeous!!! The only thing I would have changed is to not have the powderbroom and instead use that as storage with shelves :)
They knocked it outta the park! Getting the house for 270k is the winning move.
$40,000 in closing costs seems high. I'm assuming that's including commissions?
I would love to make a house but I can't but I'm really good at designing good!
You can do it!
If only you could write English ‘good’ too.
master bath w/ full wall tile smacking excellent! house is grand! immaculate job! sweet!
That master bath is GORGEOUS!! They have such beautiful taste!!
That house is BEAUTIFUL y'all
Right!?
Those windows are so far off it hurts.
OH MY GAWD you guys knocked it out of the park.
I wish you would't show the whole mess of a house, and then the whole reveal. Like show each before and then each after. It make it so much more dramatic if it is each before and then each after. Just an editing thing. Think about it. But good job all around for all your work!
They do show the before in the reveal as well
Wow very nice.
??? Question: I've been noticing in the last few videos that there looks like a round, pull string, exhaust fan/vent in EVERY room....even in the bedrooms??? I'm guessing it may address a heat or humidity Texas weather situation??? We only see them in bathrooms on the East Coast...can u please explain? Thanks!
They did a EXCELLENT job. The house was beautiful. I was certain they put too much into the remodel. Boy was I wrong. 102,000 is a nice pop.
For me, I will use Ring Video Doorbell, Ring Spotlight Cam and Ring Stick Up Cam, for Ring Video Doorbell, it will Announce all my Alexa devices
About the Feng Sui in the master room, we'd never sleep under the window. Old generations say you'll get headache. I think it's the wind that would affect you. So everytime I am watching closely where you place the bed.🤣
❣❣❣❣Absolutely LOVE this final reveal !! The ladies did a freaking AMAZEBALLS job on this!!! I was thinking they may have over done the high quality features; but, DANG IT IS F.I.N.E. FINE!!! Congrats Ladies on making a very profitable flip!! ❣❣❣❣ AND thank you AF for sharing it all with us!! BTW...love your merch!!!!
Why do they never put a TV? Isn't a TV the focal point of a living room. With a TV install, that completely changes the usability of a living room. And I don't think the design idea would be the same.
100% wrong on the floating shelves. Have a set of them and the rest uppers. Who wants to bend down to access cups or plates? Plus, you have to make sure you perfectly stage those shelves 100% of the time or they look like a catchall for crap.
Oh My God this is beautiful!
TE BEST FLIP I'VE SEEN ON THIS CHANNEL!! TASTE-LEVEL SO ON-POINT AND CONSISTENT!!! BIG INVESTMENTS PAY-OFF! YAAYYYY!!!
Is it better? Oh yeah...does it add symmetry? Weeelllll...I just want to know why? Why isn't the window even with the other? It seems it would be worth the trouble to either make them even or do something completely unexpected there--the way it is would just eat at me every. single. day.
So i might be nitpicking a lot right now but PLEASE invest in better plants than those hideous faux plants i see in the main living area! It makes the whole area look so cheap, I'd actually rather there wasn't plants there at all!
It's a better flip, much better. I'd love that house to be mine. The original owner would be thinking like.., I should have flipped it.
I don't like that there's no closets. Beautiful home but kind of weird there's no closets!
Also hate all that open shelving in the kitchen. Looks trendy but in reality they will look horrible when filled with common items.
Am I the only person in the world who thinks that getting rid of a garage is not a desirable thing? Everyone always talks about it as a value add, but I wouldn't personally invest in my own home without one.
Not a fan of those open shelves. Very impractical and if you’re gonna have open shelves, just make it a slab of wood not that type with the support.
How long is the course I want to get into it I’m done with the military and I’m not trying to go back into jobs that can finish hurting me! Can somebody help me please 🙏🏼
I have no vision unfortunately. I can see something I like but I really have no idea how to make it happen in a different space! It's so frustrating.
Everything is illegally expensive in USA.
For example this wooden house.
What a shame.
You guys never mentioned us having to be chosen for your education platform , im sad now I hope y'all pick me.
The deadpan brochure synthetically move because peony timely clean qua a clammy good-bye. humdrum, eight santa
Terrible design end to end. Zero consideration for cleaning. American cheap bling all the way. What was i expecting from a flip?
At what point do you put time/money into floorplan? How many people want to walk through the kitchen to get in and out of their master bedroom, thats just weird
I feel for the ratio between living space and the amount of rooms, it will be a little tight for a large family. Also I think space of the powder room could’ve been cabinets or a closet, it’s too large and it’s a little awkward. And the different floors in every bathroom also made it feel messy and not cohesive (and it probably cost more.) Not horrible, I like the kitchen but they got too excited with the reno
They made $100k
Jealous much?
LOOKING AT THEM WINDOWS 🪟 😫
That trendy floor tile in bathrooms isn't all that neutral and will probably look outdated sooner than later. It would be a 'negative' if I were looking at the house to buy.
Just got to the end! They did wonderful 👏 so proud of them! Those are great numbers
We were proud too!
I appreciate y’all for the video but what is a closing cost and why is it coming out of there profit???
Lovely flip. Once you replace the shelves with cabinets in the kitchen it's gold.
So you’re the people coming in and ruining the housing market for the locals …. Greed at its finest
Hate the floating shelves and I don’t understand why the powder room was so large and why the windows in the master are not even. The rest of the house is very nice
Finally, New video 😍😍😍😍
sorry for the wait! lol
@@AustinFlipsters Nah, It's okay it's worth it 😍😍
Love the kitchen and primary bathroom design/tile choices so much!!
Can someone send a link for the wall tile in master bathroom. I found similar, but it looks like this one sparkles.
furniture proportions!!!!! wtf.. what the hell is up with these staging companies?
Did you enter to the master bedroom thru the kitchen??... it is beautiful but that I don't like...
Is anyone else bothered by the windows in the master? the right one is higher and has thicker trim. It's messing with my head.
Brooo the house turned out AMAZING soooo gorgeous
So many bedrooms it could of been made into a duplex, just a thought ...
at first glance I thought there was a window in the shower 🙈😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
The powder / half bathroom is way too big and should of been half the size
Hi loved this transformation that was made and could tell me the name of the color of the floor?
U GOO GIIRRLLL !! Way better fixer upper than the flipsters
It is bad fengshui to have window behind the bed. It will be better to have 2 small windows on both sides of the bed
It’s called a splashback not a back splash, Also stumps not piers
I don’t loveeeeee all the shelving in the kitchen. He mentioned it eats at your storage which I also thought of lol. I just think it looks a little toooo much with the backsplash as well. Just my opinion
I think the same!
beautiful house. !!!!
It’s so crazy to see how expensive houses are across the u.s...My mom bought her house for 17k and all that needed redone was drywall, new floors, and painting lol
Fr. My parents bought a house for 65k and the economy i get is: houses over 150k -.-
@@ccrozz99 for real! where i live if you want anything decent the least you’ll spend is 350K 🥴
@@grrrroovy omg where I live you can’t really get a decent house for that price. $450-500k is typical or even on the cheaper side for a basic decent starting home where I live in Cambridge, Waikato, New Zealand.
@@estellesandford3267 hello from Taranaki! 👋
The cheapest house where im at is no less than 200k and its really just for the land cause the houses are old and rotted. You end up having to tear down the whole house and rebuild completely. Its all location/demand and its gross
those bathrooms are gorgeous 😍
I see Debbie Deberry's shirt!!! best recognize!! ha!! Debbie is amazing. love her!!
I can't really tell... is the exterior black trim, or is the trim a dark grey?
The house is beautiful! but no extra storage. No pantry or linen storage.
Wow it's lovely!!
Where in Austin is this house?
what was done about the foundation? anything? I hope it was disclosed.
that shaker white on white on white kitchen style is so cliche now.
too much pinterest influence
Bathrooms need cleaning three bathrooms I would need a house keeper.
they did a great job.. the thing that lets it down for me is no built in wardrobes .,,, the bedrooms are so big so there was plenty of space for them. Personally if your gonna pay that much for a house it needs built-ins or walk-in robes
you mean a walk-in closet? Wardrobes are standing closets. You might be thinking of The Chronicles of Narnia 😂
@@nicolenoemi7869 depends where you come from. There are countries outside the USA border
The bedrooms already has closets
@@ladygeo5285 since the house is in the US it makes sense to refer to it as closets or walk-in closets because that’s what they are called in the US. Someone in the US watching something set in the US calling thing what we call them in the US is what’s expected, regardless of what anyone else in other pets or the world say.
@@sugoiharris1348 since the video is open for people all over the world to watch, how about letting the viewers call it how they know it, and you Americans don’t feel the need to over correct but actually learn that the world doesn’t start and end in America 🤔
