I do videography professionally myself, the intro was super clean. The shots, the color correction, and the color grade. It was like a movie. I just don’t understand why you guys don’t have more views. Not like they matter as much, I was thinking they are probably making good money flipping these house anyway. What better to show a buyer everything you did to the house step by step. The amount of attention to detail, they have to sell fast. Don’t stop these videos. Thanks for the vent trick, I’m going to use that buying my first house end of this month, blessings.

I’m wondering if that first room you entered (5:31) was an add-on to the original structure due to the placement of a second front door and lower ceiling height than the next room. Wud be curious to see what you find during demo. Looking forward to watching this project unfold.

1919...this was a two family home....You see these on the east coast to this day all the time. Imagine, getting married to move next door to your in-laws. There are families that do this to this day. As soon as you all showed the layout of the overhead I figured out this had been a two family home at one time.

Loved the intro! I would say demo the 2nd floor 100%, then create 3 bedroom 2 bath 2nd floor. Open up the first floor 100% as well.
2nd floor is a little tight. We’d love to get a bathroom up there but so far it’s not looking good.
