One of my favorite things over the last couple of years is watching people's faces when they hear this song for the first time. I wish I could go back and hear it for the first time all over again.
"What the hell am I watching" is essentially everyone's reaction to their first TFN video. Their music is groovy as hell. They are all about extreme duality in everything they do.
They definately mix it up, most of they're big songs have at least two musical styles in them. Some people might find that off putting but I love it, they're totally unpredictable and really musically talented. Same with the funny videos they can be distracting but I find it refreshing for a metal band not to take themselves too seriously. "Coming for you" and "long way home" Are also total bangers... They're melodic stuff is also great, check out "point of you" Or "ain't that a bitch" aswell. Peace 🤟
Hey, great reaction! :D Their tracks "Coming For You" and "Sick" are worth a watch/listen. Coming for you is a bit switchy like this track.. but their core is usually fairly heavy.
These guys are super dope, and thier style is pure fun. They're another of the bad a$$ Aussie bands that sadly aren't heard much in the states. Karnivool is another heavy band that doesn't disappoint.
Dude you gotta check out “Coming for You”! This track is what got me hooked in TFN. Also “Kingdom” and “Over and Out featuring Tati from Jinjer”. They are so SICK!
@@nonyabusiness1939 I like them!! Love the brutal drumming, even though it's obviously a trigger being used in the double kick which I am starting to get used to🤘king parrot is another great Aussie band.
Aussie humour gets lost on foreign audiences. The reason that the banter on the intro is perfect is because it counteracts the absolute badass nature of the music. Juxtaposition.
Whad up brotha, new subscriber! I have a suggestion if you're interested... Artist:Yanni, Song: For All Seasons. Him and his group are legendary! You won't find more amazing musicians all on one stage at once anywhere else! Thanks, catch ya on the next one, Peace. (Btw its not a metal band,im just not sure if you react to other music thats similar to metal...like Guitars, drums, singers etc.)
I'd make the argument that Aussie bands take already established genres and master them (Could be argued that its the culture melting pot). Like the amount of times I've gone out into Melbourne and stepped into bars/pubs/venues and heard bands I had no idea existed.. To hear some exceptional pieces of music, it was every weekend while I was in my 20s. Sadly Australia has no love for the arts, so most bands are never noticed. I'd recommend checking out Be'lakor, best Melodic death metal band (While clearly influenced by the giants that came before).

Don't be distracted by the silly intro, this band is the real deals!! 🤘🤣🤘

Saw them in a bar with like 150 people. They totally blew the roof off. One of the best gigs ive ever been too.
I can't get enough of this band. Their whole discography is great! Definitely do more!!!!
Check out their video for "Over and Out." It features Tatiana from Jinjer.
This is their true style.
Devastated they've taken an indefinite hiatus. They're 3 albums and 2 EP's are pure Legend.
3:11 Literally everyone when that beat drops after sitting through the silly intro. Never gets old.
