12 Foot Ninja are amazing and this is an iconic and often quoted intro. They are almost their own genre, insanely creative, quirky sense of humor, and unbelievably talented. Something worth watching are the guitarist Stevic's videos from NAMM showing off the technology in his guitar and how he gets all those sounds and tunings. I only found these guys about 3 years ago through reaction videos and was SO disappointed when their singer announced he was leaving last year. After a brief search for a replacement the band decided to take an indefinite hiatus and I'm forever hoping they find a way to come back. The music scene needs more 12 Foot Ninja!!

I think saying the intro is more catchier than the song itself.

They also collaborated in 'Over and Out' feat. Tatiana Shmayluk of Jinjer. It's pretty cool. Insane dreamy video.

TFN is so good. Most of their videos are pretty wacky and fun, but the music is seriously well done. Rohan is the guitarist that was 'busier than a cat' and he has also done acoustic versions of a lot of their songs. I'd recommend Sick next. Over And Out with Tati from Jinjer is a must too.

Kin, the lead singer does a ton of Aussie commercials. You've heard his voice, daily.

Somehow missed you drop this video, I found out about them when I was doing work experience at a small metal/punk/local band record and merch store in Melbourne back in 2012, and my coworker put on their previous record Silent Machine, the track Coming For You came on and my mind was blown, immediately a favourite band of mine. They’re so damn fun. It’s a shame they split up though but they were powering through for around 15 years I think, 3 solid records, a few decent EPs too, great music to check out.

Their guitarist Stevic is a rep for Line 6. He uses a special guitar by Line 6 called a Shuriken. Basically every string can change to any tuning or change its sound to another instrument on command. This music video is old, but they were pioneers at the time demonstrating what was possible. Here's a demo vid by Gear Gods with Stevic ruclips.net/video/1ZARESRy6Lo/видео.html

I love TFN! All of their style changes flow so well and are just perfect for the songs. I'm so disappointed they are not playing anymore.
Another band that defines their own style is Skindred. They are from Wales and play what they call Ragga Metal. You've got to hear for yourself. Try "Ratrace" for starters.
