Always say this, anyone who suffers with migraines remove all stims and the migraines will go. It always seems to be caffeine that’s the stim people can’t remove
Caffeine can actually help treat migraine pain believe it or not. Too much caffeine doesn't help, but in moderation it's an effective pain reliever for migraines. When I get migraines I take 2 tylenol, 1 advil and have a cup of coffee and it's gone within 30 min to an hour. Edit: Before I added coffee into the mix the meds only had a 50/50 chance of helping and since I've added coffee in the mix it works 100% of the time.

I would advise stopping caffeine for two weeks to see how you feel. If you are often using caffeine to stem a problem, chances are that thing is the problem. Especially when pertaining to drugs.
@izzy031096 for me, it was the fluid build-up around the brain that the concussion caused that led to chronic headaches, and my neurosurgeon recommended caffeine with pain medicine to help increase their effects (similar to how caffeine is used in Midol).
Im a powerlifter and gymnast and you're doing great! Keep it up most of these hateful commenters aren't getting any daily exercise so that you still made time after sleeping past your scheduled workout time it great. Keep it up!

Graduated last May and now I'm back to training both and having a blast and I work in the aerospace field working with the government but not directly for them. But believe what you want my guy
