I love this comment...its so true...our house is old and wrecked and too much money needs to be put in to it....seeing a house that doesn't look like every other already wealthy "RUclipsr" makes me and probably miat people feel like we can do anything....
As you take your clothes out of the dryer, fold them and put them in stacks on top of the dryer then when you’re done unloading the dryer all you have to do is put them away

I’d like to share a tip for laundry. I do all of the hanging clothes in a separate load from the folding clothes. I’ve found I am more likely to put away my clothes if I’m not going back and forth from closets to dressers. I also don’t wash my clothes with my kids clothes. So I use this system for theirs too

I’m just discovering Clean Mama. I’ve tried FlyLady for years but I’m hopeful that Clean Mama will be something I can incorporate more successfully. I also like the batch cleaning idea.

It takes 7-8 hours for me to fully clean my five bedroom, 5.5 bath home every other week. I usually have a cleaner come, but I’m trying to do it myself now. I do half on one day and the second half the next day. I don’t think I could do it in ten minutes a day. But I bet I could do it in an hour a day, spread
out. Excited to check this out.,

I have never heard of decision fatigue until now. Now that I'm spending more time at home that's my issue, too.
I’m the exact same on the laundry folding! I can wash a load a day, even 3 loads if needed but the folding is just the worst! Loved hearing about this system! It makes perfect sense to me in the season of life with 2 babies under 2! My babies are 18 months apart as well!!

Just found your channel and I can't believe how much I can relate...from the laundry folding to the tub cleaning...I don't know what it is about those tasks that gives me cleaner's block but glad to hear I'm not the only one out there. Thanks for sharing your experience, I'm definitely going to give this routine a try!
I’ve tried using clean mama’s system but I’m the type of person who needs more space for additional home tasks that are everyday (dishes) that I still can’t manage to get started daily (“the sink only has 5 plates, I can leave them for tomorrow” until it’s so much worse). Other than that, I think it’s a great system.
Look at in terms of time. 5 plates = 5mins. That's nothing but the result is so good & it stops it building up to a huge task . I do a 5 minutes clutter removal in each room every day. Keeps it from building up & overwhelming you.
For cleaning my shower & tub, I have one of those sponges where you put the soap in the handle that dispenses the soap. I use a mixture of blue dawn soap & vinegar in that with a bucket to rinse it (my shower head doesn’t extend). So i try to do that once a week while I’m already in the shower.

I use clean mama’s daily things and fly lady’s 15 min zone cleaning, or at least the plan
I’m almost 66 with breathing problems so I feel like I can do the zones, even if that means stopping taking a break every 5 minutes

Do you still have the washer in this particular video? Seems like it is not like all these new ones with the push button which I detest. I am disabled and tried plenty other cleaning routines even fly lady now I even get a hour a day to rest where I use to work the whole day

Is the shark vacumn noisy?
Not compared to my upright corded vacuum. The noise level on that one always upsets my kids, but the Shark doesn’t bother them at all. So it’s been a big winner at our house!

I have 5 kids, 4 of them are 17 months, 2.5 years,3.5 years, and 4.5 years old and my 3 yr old has 4 different special needs and i homeschool so cleaning is a well its gets done in sprints inbetween choas lol can i also say i appreciate that you have a normal everyday kitchen not this giant super white staged kitchen lol
